Hi,I’m seeking some guidance on Report Studio. This looks like a good tool for working with report layouts within IFS Cloud. I have picked up that there might be some limitations when working with custom fields and possibly with printing of these .rep reports. Can anyone share their experience on these limitations?Also, I checked the 24R2 and 25R1 Roadmap and do not see Report Studio mentioned.  Should we expect updates to the Report Studio functionality in upcoming Releases and/or Service Updates?Thanks

Hello community.Currently I’m in the middle of uplifting some lobbies from APP10 to Cloud (24R2). For the older version of lobbies I do get the “convert to IFS Cloud” option. For some lobbies it works fine but of some it doesn’t. Does anyone has knowledge on this option, such as it’s limitations and it’s capabilities?Thanks in advance. 🙂

Hi, I have a question about system updates, how exactly do I read the version and where can I check when it will be released?For example, RND has a fix coming in this release: 25.2E.0 - 25R2 EA. What is the information marked in bold in this case?I would be grateful for a hint :)

For planners and buyer/procurement teams. The inventory part availbitly planning overview, shows the status “Arrived” for materials that have been returned to the supplier.I think it should have a Status “RETWORK” like in Transcation History In this example, parts have been returned to the supplier using the following process steps. Generated a Return, by entering a “Qty to inspect” in the Receipt IFS opens the orginal Purchase Order Register Inspection Results Print a Return Note.Transaction History show the items as, RETWORKHowever for planners and buyer/procurement teams it is not clear that the parts have been returned to the supplier, even if they then check Purchase Order Lines History, is has status arrived which can then cause warehouse teams to look for the materials.  I think that this will help many IFS users worldwide.

Hi all, We plan to create a lobby for LTU Shop Floor user’s to control their own time registration. We are currently using the 24R2 SU1 release of IFS Cloud. Does anybody knows if granting a lobby page on the LTU permission set is allowed without breaking the licence and if future release of this permission won’t break and / or lock this functionality ? Thanks for your replies,

Hello, Few days ago, we experienced a production down issue, which we've identified was caused by the internal ingress certificate expiry.However, when I checked around two months ago, the certificate was set to expire on 15th November 2025. Yet, today — 23rd May 2025 — it appears to have expired unexpectedly.There have been no recent deliveries or known changes to the production environment that could have influenced this.Could you please help clarify: What factors could cause a certificate to expire earlier than its visible expiry date? Is there any mechanism that might explain this? Are there any known issues or previous cases where the ingress controller or cert-manager mismanaged a certificate? During the implementation process we got a instruction from our client to deploy with SU07 as there will be a critical security update into the 24R2 SU07.So, can we apply SU07 before completing the release update process and test it altogether? We are receiving this error message from our environments.  We have done a Dictionary Cache Refresh but a deployment has not been done for 4 days. Error stack:Bad metadata error:The group: CustomerOrderDeliveryGroup does not exist in dictionary! We do our own deployments and develop in the Cust Layer just as FYI.  Did Refreshing the Dictionary Cache do something from our last deployment that caused this issue or how do these groups relate to the Dictionary Thanks

Hello everyone,We've noticed some recent changes in the release communication format for the new 25 Release. Specifically: The posts no longer include a brief summary of the attached documents, which was very helpful in the past. The presentation format seems different and not as detailed or aligned with the previous structure. We are also missing the “IFS Cloud 25R1 - What's New in Cloud Platform and Tools” and “IFS Cloud 24R2 - What's New Summary” post, which were typically available. Additionally: There's no mention of the OAuth token timeout change to 3 minutes, which is important for integration purposes. If I'm not mistaken, 25R1 introduced the ability to cancel an already posted invoice, but I haven't found any official documentation on this feature yet. Hello,I have just consulted the following IFS file, linked to the 25R1 version :25R1 Fixes for Customer Reported Issues.xlsxI found that for one of my cases “CS0332557” the release note is as follows: The CustomerOrderInvHeadEntity.svc and CustomerOrderInvItemEntity.svc entity services were previously unable to expose certain attributes such as Customer Address Name and Debit Invoice ID due to limitations in the overtaken base views. To ensure full attribute availability, customers are now advised to use the projection service CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling.svc, which exposes the relevant data through the CustomerOrderInvHeadSet projection. As part of ongoing improvements, the usage of the CustomerOrderInvHeadEntity.svc entity service is planned to be phased out in future releases. Until now, IFS teams have always recommended us to use Entity APIs rather than Handling APIs, and this comment seems to reverse the trend.FYI We've already encountered multiple “Entity” APIs that were unstable
