In times when I worked for IFS myself (now I am with a customer) there used to be a Master Data spreadsheet that helped as a template to start digging into what master data have to be looked at in each functional area and also to assign responsibilities in the organisation. 

Is there still something out there?

I, too have been looking for a better BDR format. We got the basic data tracker today for our cloud environment but it is missing some very important data. 

In Apps 8 we had a column that told us what was mandatory and what was optional. I really miss that one!

It would also be nice to be able to load the basic data to be used in worksheets on the tracker. 

Mandatory/Optional is a must.
