IFS Screen coming as blank in IFS cloud

Hi Team,

 

I have isntalled the IFS cloud 26R1 but after logingn screen is coiming as blank/empty .

 

Any one faced this issue before?

Hello ​@AntSurajK ,

To troubleshoot, I have already checked the following:

  • Cleared the browser cache and tested in Incognito mode and different browsers.

  • Verified that the application URL is correct and accessible.

  • Confirmed that the SSL certificate appears to be valid.

  • Checked the Kubernetes pods and ensured they are in the Running state.

  • Reviewed the browser developer console for JavaScript errors.

  • Verified the IAM service and application pods are running.

  • Reviewed the application logs for any obvious startup errors.
