Hi, I’m looking for a data sheet that will help us build a business case for upgrading from Assyst 10 sp7.5 to Assyst 11.6.I can see in the Wiki there are release notes but I need a high level summary of the new features so we can align our requirements.

Where can I find the schedule for the Application 10 updates GET? I found page   but there is only Update 12

What is the IFS advised method to test a UPD? Should we test the customer’s business flows or all the functionalities introduced from the UPD or both?If we receive multiple UPDs to deploy and test, should we test one by one or can we apply all and test all together to reduce the testing effort significantly.

What is normal time to get UPD deliveries?We have requested IFS to deliver files for new UPD three weeks ago.We haven’t yet get any information when we might get these files. In apps 9 to set a signature for an employee i would set in MRO and Fleet Operations > Heavy Maintenance Execution > Work Order Management Basic Data > Organization Basic Data> Employees tab. I now have Apps 10 environment and went to carry out the same task but the Employees tab no longer exists under the same path. Does anyone know where this has not been moved to or how i now add a signature to an employee?

We are about to apply update 17 + GET to our app10 installation but cannot find out if the Polish and Chinese extensions is included in GET or if we need to apply them separately. Latest update for those extensions are UPD5 or 6. Where can I find this information?

If you had it to do over again?We are in a rather challenging position.   Our company has and is in the process of growing by acquisition.  The result of which is we find ourselves attempting to integrate over 8 different ERP applications into the parent environment, while attempting to allow the acquired divisions do what they do best and at the same time, develop and enforce an Infrastructure corporate identity. IFS is one of the ERP applications we are faced with.  Management has decided to use a “Lift and Shift” approach to obtaining control of the IFS implementation that is currently the Production ERP for one of the divisions.  While we do have talent in the ERP space, what we do not have is any expertise with IFS.  Our experience is more in tune with Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains / Oracle.  We are fortunate to have staff that is familiar with ERP implementations and the challenges of integrating one into our infrastructure presents.We are also fortunate to have access to IT

We are on UPD13 and we have some users that Recent Screens functionality doesn’t work and others it does work.  We have cleared browser cache with not success of solving the issue.  Any other ideas of what might be the issue.

i have an issue about barcode in IFS Report designer, i've added new font "3of9" & install the font in the server as well. but in print preview, the value not change to barcode format.Does someone know how to resolve this issue?Thanks & Regards,Ninda

Can we import MRO reports from Apps10 to IFS Cloud?

We are upgrading from Apps9 to IFSCloud but run into issues trying to get the database to upgrade. The only upgrade that works is from the original Buid-Home on 22.1.4 but it was my understandign that recreating the build-home would allow me to upgrade directly to 22.2.4 without going through the intervening steps, however all I get is database errors, especially in INSTALLATION_SYS and DATABASE_SYS as if its missing data in the buildI can upgrade the inital 22.1.4 build but I have to use the --set deliveryValidationEnabled=false parameter as my baseline delivery IDs are mismatching and I’m unsure what the purpose of the deliveries without Baselines is.I’m sure I am missing a part of the process but not sure which part so any advice would be great.
