Change Debug Console To Not Cover Horizontal Scrollbar

The debug console covers the horizontal scrollbar making you switch it on and off if need to side-scroll.

Change the page to allow horizontal scrolling with the debug console open.

There should be a general subforum. This applies to many ‘IFS Solutions’.
