How long does it take for an IFS10 Cloud update to be delivered and installed

I assume  you are referring to an IFSAPP10 customer hosted on IFS Managed Cloud.

• The latest Update available for IFSAPP10 is UPD21. However, UPD 22 will be released on December 07, 2023.
• Actual time it takes to deliver an update would depend on certain factors, which is hard to predict without doing an impact analysis first. When you open a case requesting a UPD, the UPD team will be able to perform the analysis and provide you an estimate.
• Once the UPD package is prepared and delivered by the UPD team, IFS Managed Cloud team will install the delivery during a down time the customer provides.
