I have a customer running IFS10 UPD13 who needs to the changes for Polish eInvoice released in GlobalExtension UPD21.They don’t want to install the full UPD21 right now. Is it possible to get a single patch for the Polish eInvoice?Solution 307953Regards Johan

If we increase RAM or vCPU on ifs MWS do we have to run reconfiguration? or any other steps to follow? 

The IFS APP 10 environment is currently on UPD 19. I would appreciate advice on the next UPD that needs installation. Do I need to install all the latest UPDs one by one, released after UPD 19, or just the latest UPD 26?

I would like to request clarification on the information and process involved in patching the IFS APP10 middleware server. Could you guide me on how to request and obtain information about this? As an example, I find it straightforward to download and apply patches for Oracle from their support portal. Consequently, I am interested in understanding the process for patching the IFS APP10 middleware server.

When you install a delivery in cloud you have to reset the ifsadmin password and then rebuild the SSO configurations.  Is there anything else that gets overwritten each time you install a delivery? I am hoping to build a correct post-delivery activities list.  Does anyone know if IFS is working on changing this behavior?

Our company is on APPS 9 and has recently announced we are transitioning to APPS 10, we have customized APPS 9 extensively.  How customizable is APPS 10?

Dear IFS Community,I’m trying to install Crystal Web Service into a windows 2019 server for IFS APP09 environment.IIS manager version is 10.When I try to view a Crystal Quick report, I get the following error.And I can’t see errors in log file.We would appreciate it if you can give us your suggestions/comments to solve this, please.Thank you in Advance!

HiThere is no informations about extension GET. Access is only for IFS employee (https://ifs.sharepoint.com/sites/GlobalExtension) When you publish it for partners? 

One of the customers had a delivery failure (PROD) due to a DB connection issue. There weren't any issues in non-prod delivery installation. The error shows (!!!Error, no database connection exists). The customer is asking whether there are any corrective actions that could be taken in order to avoid the same error in the future for the same environment followingly other environments as well and also asking the reason for this connection timeout. 

Wondering if anyone can steer me towards where I can get a calendar of FSM6 update release dates.  Looking to plan our upgrade projects for 2024 - 2026 into our overall IT master schedule.Thanks.Richard

I have a upgraded Maintenance Purchase Order Requisition from apps 9 to cloud.In the Part Requisition Lines, when I try to create a Requisition to Order on one of the lines I get an error that the Maint_Material_Order_No is mandatory for Jt Task Mat Line Pegging and requires a value.  Does anyone know why this error pops up when trying to process the Requisition to Order.

In the schedule report, it is only possible to select an exact date on the parameter : END MONTHFor example, it is not possible to use the value  :#END_OT_THIS_MONTH#, this value is not recognized. See screnshot attached.It is strange because this value works in IFS Business reporter. Product Version: 23.1.0when you try to schedule or to order a report with date parameter and with context variable substituion.*IFS Cloud considers #END_OF_THIS_MONTH# or #START_OF_THIS_MONTH# patterns as a not valid date, so assistant is underline the field with a red line meaning that it is not a valid date. we can continue by clicking Next but Date is not added. when selecting the exact date from the calendar in Log date its workingTest steps to recreate this issue.1 - Click on "Order Report" link in the navigator2 - I

After UPD 17-20 applied Custom Menus using Quick Reports giving this error:I tried the System Parameters fix suggested and it fixed other issues we were having with Quick Reports, but not this issue with the Custom Menu.When running the Quick Report by itself it runs and returns data, but when I use the custom field get error.Any suggestions on how to resolve??

Hi, I had some Backups of Quick Reports which had to be imported to our updated IFS Cloud Systemold IFS Version: 23 R1 Update 2new IFS Version 23 R1 Update 7 The import function gave a successfully response but the Quick Report isn’t available in System and also in the Database table. After a short Checking of the xml file we figured out, that there is a new xml structure  for the quick reports. Are there any converting tools available to geht the Quick Reports imported with the same Report ID? Kind Regards

1.  Download the “Getting Started with the IFS Enhancement Index Tool” zip file you need, which is attached to this topic.2.  Unzip the files to a directory like “IFS Apps Enhancement Index”.  Once you have extracted it to a directory you should see a file named “Getting Started with the IFS Enhancement Index Tool”.3. Hi,we ‘ve upgrade our Apps 10 to Ifs Cloud for test.We can connect the Middle Tier Server and open the landing-page. After clicking “Open IFS Cloud” we becomes an “401 -  Authorization  Required”What is the problem?Regards Thomas

Run release update to 23R2. DB step i ready, looks like it is a problem when setup of MWS or environment. No log files in Environment logs. Need to restart Sanity build many times to get it completed. Where do i find all log files?
