Hello, According to the help text of the Last periodic WA date field in inventory part > Costs > Periodic WA Info Purch it says this field is getting updated after running the job Calculate Periodic Weighted Average. Last Periodic WA Date Purch:The date on which the value in Cum Price Difference field was used to calculate and set a new periodic weighted average cost for the part. This value is read-only, and is updated if you run the background job started in the Calculate Periodic Weighted Average dialog box.I created a purchase order for this part and received it. Manually supplier invoice has also been created and posted. After running the job Calculate Periodic Weighted average, Cum price difference field has been updated but not the Last periodic WA date Purch as below. 

Hi All, Our customer has multiple parts with various configurations. As part of a way to communicate with 3rd parties they would like to be able to export all Configurations ID’s and their related characteristics and values. But it seems we are running into some issues finding out where that information is stored inside IFS Cloud. Does anyone have any tips where we should look for that info? Best RegardsRoel

Getting the Error message  when trying to print an invoice for a specific user  “ORA-20105: ReportDefinition.REPSEC: User XXXX is not granted access to the Report CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP” 

I would like to know available views, tables and APIs to calculate the ATP. I know we can use Inventory Part in Stock, Inventory Part Availability Planning, Inventory Part in Internal Order Transit Tables. However, I would like know more suggestions. 

Is it possible to receive inventory parts and connect to a project activity without raising a PO? We cannot seem to achieve this on the Receive Inventory Part screen.

IFS Could.Sales Quotations can have multiple revisions. In the scenario in which we have a configurable part in the sales quotation lines, if the configuration is changed after releasing and printing, a new revision is automatically created. A client could decide, after 10 revisions were printed and sent to them, to place an order based on the configuration created on revision number 1, and not the latest revision. In my example below this is configuration ID 766.Quotation Line History only shows an overview screen without possibility of navigating to the Configuration ID. There is also no possibility of going back to see previous configuration and flick through revisions (this is possible for Business Opps and Sales Contracts), all we can do is read the changes from this history window.

Hi- I am having an issue with the qty coming in on customer schedule are without decimals but when run tolerance check is changing over to qty with decimals and creating false fails.  Does anybody know what setting this is to fix.  Not Currency, Qty and already have ‘Qty Cal rounding’ set to 0.    

Error Message appears while saving Purchase Order Document to Output Type PURCHASE (System generated). Even on the IFS Help (Define Output Type) its described, that Document 6,45,46 is suitalble for Output Type Purchasing. Does anyone know what is wrong with this Outpuut type PURCHASE? If you create a Output Type by yourself, I am able to add the documents without any problems.

hi,when I try to open the debug console, it throws it to the background and does not bring it to the screen. I have tried the following steps as a solution but still the debug console does not open.What can I do as a solution?I deleted and reinstalled the personal profile. I removed the bordlees window option in the options section. I deleted the 2.0 file in local and reinstalled the application. 

One of the customers has faced an issue related to the customer name search in the customer order window.When creating a new sales quotation then they can just type the customer name in the customer field and they get a list of customers. When they do the same in the customer order window they have to search for the customer ID, they have not been able to type only the name.As a workaround, I know that it's possible to search for the customer name if pressing the magnifying galas, but this is an extra step and when I checked this issue in our core environment I couldn’t observe such an issue. It's strange that the customer order window is not behaving the same as the sales quotation window where they can load the customer by their name.I found a bug fix but it not exactly related to this issue. Any ideas on what might be the problem/fix here? Product Version: UPD15 Aurena  

Hi,In apps10 I have a scenario where I have DOP shop orders created from a customer order. The top level item shop order is in released status, but not started in any way. I need to change the date of the customer order and replicate that change through the DOP connected items, however whenever I change the date of the customer order I see an error message that I need to change the pegged order update setting as it cannot change the release shop order.I am not aware of any such pegged order update settings. My site settings and supplier settings  (this DOP goes through intercompany supplier as the CO starts on one site with manufacturing on another) all have send automatic change requests. For other items the change date replication works fine, making me think this is a part setting, but I cannot see anything that would aff

Hi Experts, We are running on IFS App 9. We are having a non-prod database which is daily cloned by prod database. When previewing any report in this non-prod database it throws below error. We confirm all IFS Internal user accounts are active and the passwords are correct. Have you came across similar issues? Login failed.Possible causes:invalid username and/or passwordThe user is not authorized to log inThe service is currently unavailable Please contact your system administrator if the issue persists. 

Issue appears to stem from orphaned demand that is being left in the Logical Unit "Pegged Supply Demand" in the view "&AO.PEGGED_SUPPLY_DEMAND_EXT". Once we manually cleared those orphaned records, the demand disappeared.It looks like that table is getting skipped by any cleanup jobs after you turn off the "MS Level 1" forecast for that part.My question is why is this not getting cleared, or is this a MRP issue that is not clearing the pegged demand?Is there any steps to clear this demand qty? 

We are a little stumped on how to return a unit to a supplier from the receipt location. We inspect and register the inspection result and add a return..But we cannot get the unit to actually show as returned.. A post on the community mentioned Supplier Shipments but we can’t seem to find out how to initiate one of these. Many thanks

I am about to configure the above mentioned lobby element. I thought the solution would be simple, i.e. exclude demand Codes like Purch Order Trans, Purch order Dir, Int Purch Trans, Int Purch Dir.  However, I observed that there could be PO lines having Demand Code = Invent order, but still conneted to a CO in ‘Supply Chain Purchase Order Analysis’. Isn’t this understanding correct? If yes, what do you think would be an appropriate way to develop this lobby element? 

HI, I want to create a sales offer for a customer who has not yet been entered.However, I see that I cannot create such an offer because the system requires the selection of CUSTOER_ID from the list of values.Is there no other way to create an offer, but not to create a new customer in the database yet?  

IFS Cloud 22R2: Would there be a process to automate the price costing in the ‘Sales Part Base Price’ for specifically selected inventory parts?  I’m currently using the follow instructions to run a daily cost update for the ‘Latest Purchased Price’ on three items that have price volatility for purchase cost.  However, I would prefer to run an automatic process for ‘Update Base Prices’ on a daily schedule without having to manually run this process each evening for the Sales Part’s ‘Base Price’ to review the Lasted Purchase I am currently running this process each day to update the Sales Part default pricing to 65% markup -After a PO for new refrigerant has been received:Part Cost Use Cost 3 – Latest Purchase Price, Cost Calculations One Level Part Cost Calculation Sales Part Base Price Create a new record Set Origin from Cost

We have some Material Lines on a Work Order that we want to delete / remove as they are not required.Someone has already removed the Requisition Details but we cannot delete and remove the Material Lines due to this message: How can we remove them so they do not appear as unmanaged material lines? thanks 

Hi,We’re using package parts and we recently started delivering components and we were wondering whether it’s possible to invoice partial deliveries of components. We’re able to invoice the full package part but don’t seem to be able to invoice partial deliveries on components. I tried creating an invoice from the Create Customer Invoice screen and Create Shipment Invoices, but both screen display a No Data Found message. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers !

Hello,We’ve changed some of our parts to be Primary Supplier Transit on their Sales Part Record. We have Customer Orders currently in the Planned state that contain these parts. I had assumed that if I change the Supply Code of these parts on the Customer Order to be Purch Order Trans, that their PO’s would be automatically created when the job was released. I’m finding that this is not the case. Automatic PO creation was working in our TEST environment if I created a new Customer Order with the changed parts on them and then released the Customer Order. The automatic PO creation just doesn’t seem to be working on Customer Orders that were already created before the parts’ Sales Part sourcing option was changed. Anybody have any ideas?
