Why doesn’t the Maintenance material Requisition status change to Close once all lines are issued?

@smelanson I would assume the current design allows to enter more material demand lines even if the existing ones have been issued already. The user decides when to close the Maint Mat Req once they consider that no more materials are needed for that specific Work Task.
