On Time delivery and penalties for late delivery

Hi Team IFS,

I would like to know how can I generate a penalty for late delivery .

I mean, if a supplier does not respect the delivery date, he should pay for that extra delay with a new invoice attached to the original one.

I know that it is possible to see the delivery time of each supplier but after that how can I create the feature above on IFS Cloud ?

This is something I’m also trying to figure out by means of an out of the box solution. If you read my answer here, we did build a solution through Business Reporter to measure performance through late deliveries.

Supplier Evaluation | IFS Community

Imposing a penality on that is the next thing I need to figure out. Working on that. Will update here if I come up with something interesting at all.

Hi,

Thats is what I fought. You can check the late delivery in the lobby : Supplier relationship on IFS Cloud. By filtering with your supplier, you will have the percentage of late deliver order.

But yeah the main thing is generate a penalty for that. I’m searching in my trainings et in IFS but I can’t find something useful.
