Hello, When viewing My Assignments in Aurena. There is an option to mark an Assignment as Incomplete. This starts a workflow, with the final step giving options for Return Travel, New Assignment, and OK. Is there a way to remove the Return Travel button? Given this is part of a workflow, I assumed there would be a configuration, but I do not see one, and this does not appear to be a page that can be designed. 

Hi We are on version 24.2.1118.0 for Scan-It on Android, and we no longer have the Azure login button. There seems to be no way to fully log out right back to the initial login screen, where it gives the option of Azure or user/password. It asks to re-authenticate, suggesting someone is already logged in. Has something changed in this latest version? I can recreate this on the Windows app although it is slightly different. If I open the scan it app, it shows me a username that isn’t me (and hasn’t been signed into this PC), it gives me the option for Disconnect or Log in. If I log in, it says I have 2 attempts left. If I disconnect, it takes me back to the page with the URL in. I then click connect it brings up the Azure option and the Log In option.   Any help would be appreciated. Thanks    

We are trying to attach a document/photo to an object in mobile work order.  In most instances we get the below error.You can just click in the failed transaction, edit proceed and the sync will be ok.  But this is annoying for the users.  Is there a workaround or is this a bug.   We are using the latest MWO client for APP10 which is UPD23 and using windows app.  Backend server is still in update 13 though. Attached the bug report as well.  

Having this pop-up while changing status, is anyone familiar with solving this issue? 

Hello IFS Community !I have a question re. salvage part handling in multi-level repair orders : say I set Repair action to ‘Replace’ status on a serialized subassembly within a product’s multi-level repair order. The subassembly part that needs replaced will therefore appear in the ‘Salvage Part’ tab and I can run a shop order to manufacture its replacement.Now when all is said and done, IFS won’t let me close the multi-level repair order until ‘all salvage parts are received’ … but what happens if I don’t want to receive said part in inventory because it is broken / non-functional anymore and it is to go into the trash (or recycling) bin ? Isn’t there a way to leave the salvage part in the repair order so it goes out into the ether when I close said order ? Do I have to receive it then scrap it from inventory ?Thank you in advance for any help you’ll be able to provide :)

Hello IFS Community !I have a question re. multi-level repair orders… our finished products + at least one structure level on subassemblies have parameter Supply Type = ‘DOP’ in Inventory Part > Planning Data tab. Therefore, in a shop order for a finished product, in Materials tab, the component lines for these subassemblies have parameter Supply Type = ‘DOP Order’Now, when I have a multi-level Repair shop order stemming from a CRO order for that finished product, and I set one of these subassemblies to Repair action = ‘Replace’ status, IFS creates the corresponding component line in the Materials tab… however, the component line is created with parameter Supply Type = ‘Invent Order’, which is in contradiction with the ‘DOP’ Supply Type for that subassembly part and causes me all sorts of headaches as to how to launch production for that part !Any clue / idea how to solve (or circumvent) this issue ?? Thanks in advance for the help !Julie

In Apps9, surveys that are used with MWO are defined under the “Surveys” in HR module. But in Apps10, they are defined in “Maintenance Surveys” screen in Aurena. When there is an upgrade from Apps9 to Apps10, we need to migrate the Surveys defined in Apps9 to Maintenance Surveys in Apps10. Is there any scripts written by R&D, that can be used to do this data migration from Apps9 to Apps10? 

Is the Equipment Online Search available in the MWO Maintenance app?  

Hi Experts, In MWO, move stock when i need to move stock from warehouse to my mobile warehouse VAN by a transport task, When click on add transport task and select the part it always comes the mobile warehouse location and i can not select the main warehouse pick up location, it is not even in LOV. please help me understand what is missing here or else is this the expected behavior? Thanks,Heshala.

Hi , - Is there a way to set fonctional object as broken and then no preventive maintenance can be launched ?the operational status : out of service allow : work order to be generated on it the operational status  means : temporary out of use for maintenance , repar,.. workorder can be generated by PM actionif i add/remove equipment in the structure is it added/removed automatically  in contrat scope ? 

We are testing Purchase Requisition authorisation through Aurena Notify Me.The notifications are being received OK but when either Authorize/Acknowledge or Reject buttons are clicked, we get an error “The sync process has started failing”.The the Error on the notification is Cannot AUTHORIZE requisition unless authorized by another user.The process can be completed by the same user in Aurena. This was IFS Apps 10 UPD21IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 - 10.22.1450.0On the server we enabled Notify Me 10 - 1.0.7Any Ideas, I’m pretty sure it worked in the past but this would have been different versions.ThanksPaul

Hi all, We are testing with Cloud 23R2 having an on-prem database. Just wanted to know if it is possible to configure the access such that mWO (Service Engineer) can access IFS directly from Android phones (i.e. without a vpn), but all other users accessing the wider IFS Cloud pages via PCs, tablets should use a vpn to connect? My idea is to make the access to IFS is secure enough, but not too rigid for the mWO users, and at the same time they don’t have to depend on reliability of the vpn.TIA.

Hello, we placed a purchase order from the maintenance order. However, we want to cancel this order. But we cannot cancel the purchase order because it exists in the maintenance order. We also cannot cancel the maintenance order as it is being used in there. What would be the appropriate course of action regarding this matter

We frequently have work tasks where we issue Purchase Orders against them and send the parts to the techs directly from the vendor instead of going through any depots.  This occurs prior to scheduling due to the desire to have the parts in hand prior to scheduling work.However, our techs in the field are using mWO.  If the PO is connected to a Work Task, and the work task has not been transferred to mobile, the techs are unable to see the PO at all.  This is even when the PO has the tech’s warehouse and location listed on the PO correctly.Is there something we are doing incorrectly?  Or is this as designed?  If as designed, then why was it designed that way and is there a way around it?

Hi Experts, We do have a customer requirement as follows. We need to search for required material quantity for the mobile technician using “find part”.Once he finds where is the stock he needs the required quantity to be reserved from the stock or warehouse. I know from existing functionality we can find part and then contact the warehouse and pick the material quantity but is there anyway that we can reserve the amount once we figure out this part is available in this warehouse using “find part” from MWO. I would like to hear your suggestions to achieve this. Thank you,Hesh.

When attempting to add a new  address to a location and save the  address the following message is presented  : 

 We are rolling out MWO Service and have EquipmentObject set to Grouped Push.Grouped Push is running successfully and we can see objects on the device via the Objects page - and we can create New Work from there (work order).However, from an ongoing Work Task if we go to New Work, in the assistant click Objects list, there are no objects listed.This page must be running a query against the list of objects and returning nothing - can anyone provide the details of the query it is running?    

Dear allHas anybody else experienced issues with the deployment / release of mWO appearance designs? I today have adjusted an appearance design and added a few new parameters to it, also uploaded pictures to link them as “resources”.The design has been allocated to my Mobile user and I re-installed the application on Windows.Appearance design is published and works just fine on the Aurena web client. When initialization has finished, the baseline design was applied to the client, instead of the configured design:Looking forward for learn if you had similar experience.N.B. I am hoping someone might be able to support me in coming up with a solution.Current Solution:We have Engineers using the MWO Service App. 1 Work Order could be assigned to multiple engineers.Engineers each have their own Parts Delivery Location within IFS.Custom Field on Purchase Requisition pulls the Engr ID from Resources flagged as Task Leader.The system has an Event created that pulls the Engr ID from Purchase Requisition Line, finds the Warehouse and populates the Purchase Order with the Engrs Part Delivery Location. Issue:It is not always the Team Leader placing the Purchase Requisitions meaning in some instances the Purchase Order is populated with the Incorrect Engineers Delivery Address.Need:I want to find a way to pull the Signed In MWO Users Username into the Purchase Requisition Line. So if Joe Bloggs raised the Purchase Requisition on their MWO Device, the
