Hi experts,

I see two types of main error in Customer as below.

 

 

regarding the error 1, what can we do to sort this, it seems this is happening when there is no DB record but we see many such errors. Does that means data got deleted?

 

Regarding error 2.

Can we ignore failes appliction messages connected to mobiles  if the same marked as completed in Sync transaction screen as stated in below post, if I am not mistaken?

Also if I check one example as below.

This is a failed message, connected to task 1599921

 

Next when I check Sync Task, it is completed.

Does that mean, is it processed and can we ignore Application message?

@KAMANUK were you able to identify the root cause? We are suddenly having this issue in our Production environment that started this morning.
