Hello, This question is regarding the application reflecting data in different time zones.   The customer sever is located in Sweden and therefore the server time in CET. When a transaction is created from mwo application it goes to the Out messages and the Psuh queue.  Below test was performed in CET time (02:05 PM) In Out messages, the Created time of the Out message is shown in UTC time.​​​​However, when I looked at the Push queue, the same transaction could be seen in CET time.             ​​​​​What is the difference? Why we see the created date of the Out message in a different time zone than the server time. Thanks!

I am getting this error message in a Sync Task for a Push message. IFS Cloud 23R2 SU2. How do I troubleshoot? Notice that the table/view/pkg name is not in the error message and there is no db background jobs that process sync tasks now, I believe it is done by the middle tier. Which pod/log file should have more info. I have setup work task cost codes and rules to reverse WIP at CO Line Invoiced and I am only doing this for material.  When I issue material on a work task I see the cost code.  I then transfer inventory and update the GL.  I then proceed to invoice the Work Task and post the customer invoice.  I then re-run the transfer inventory (and reposting job) but I am not see the WIP getting reversed.  If I manually release WIP and Check and Update accounting, this works, but I need the automatic to work.  Has anyone had this issue with Work Task Material (M50)

Hi all, I’ve synced to a remote warehouse where there are 6 parts in stock. This shows correctly in the DB viewer.   Also the record shows up in inventory_part table too.System logs too show that it has found data to syncThe part is still missing in My Stock Synced, and app restarted but no change. Appreciate if you know why. I’m on the latest app version but noticed this in the previous version too.

Hi all, I was looking at one of the field mobile devices running with mWO Service Engineer (latest version) and Cloud 23.2. No matter what entities I sync, My Stock will not show the part 131615 as available in stock. However, the part is availbale in stock when I check from the web client (not frozen or rserved). However, if I add that part to a task to issue, then it shows the part is available in stock. Is this a bug or is there an explanation to it? Please see images. TIA In My Stock (no stock available)However, when I add the part manually to a task and attempt to issue, it shows as in stock   

Are the Max Travel Time, Max Travel To and Max Travel From fields on Scheduling Resources available for use in Dispatch Console without PSO? For example, when we schedule work orders for resources we want their travel time to be shown on Dispatch Console and the work order start time to be moved according to the required travel time.

Hi,In the Service Quotation, we’re trying to create a breakdown of parts and labour in a fixed price quote. The below table gets populated for estimate type quote printout, but disappears when I turn off estimate (make it a fixed price quote).How do I get the parts and labour breakdown for a fixed price quote?TIA  

Within Ad-Hoc Purchasing Basic Data, you can add a Maximum Spend Limit but this is not enforced, i.e., the Engineer can still add a PO for a value over that limit.Is there a way to prevent this, i.e., to stop the PO being Released and then follow the standard PO Auth Rules?Alternatively, is there a way to add No Part Lines to Purchase Requisition on MWO?

Dear Community,We have recently moved to IFS10 and are about to start using the MWO.For field service, the technicians carry inventory with Availability Control ID on it, so it will not be picked on regular orders.We do want the techs to be able to issue this material on the Work Task in MWO, but right now when material has Availability Control ID on it, it shows in MWO as “no stock”.What can I do to allow techs to see and issue material in MWO, keeping limitations for picking by production team?Best regards,Robbert

Hi All, We can see that the lists are used cards in MWO (Mobile) in Aurena Native. If we navigate to the page designer (My Work Page), we can see the list is there, but the attached card (MyAssignmentCard) is not visualized. Can’t we add new fields to the cards through configurations in IFS Cloud 23R2?  

In Apps 10, we use “select work tawsk template from Item Class” to reduce the number of options to select from. I can’t see this functionality in Cloud. Is it in the pipeline ?

Can anyone explain how to create a Command button that links to a Lobby like below “out of the box” example on Customer page:This button links to a lobby without creating a new tab in the browser.It is possible to create a button via an ExternalNavigationLink, but it creates a new tab in the browser, and this eventually clutter up the browser and makes it more difficult to navigate on mobile devises.

Hello, i have a requirement where i need to change the colors of these tiles into another colors. Basically i would like to understand if there is a way to change the color of each tile individually so that for example, the tile “My Work” would be blue, tile “eForms” would be green, and so on.  Thanks, Francisco Lopes

HiI am currently working with a client who requires the ability to raise purchase requisitions in MWO Service app. When I open the option New Purchase Requisition I cannot see any parts in the LOV.Can someone explain the setup required to view parts in LOV for the purchase requisition please.I’ve read the 23R2 Demystified and it does not give me the information I require.Note : I have a Purchase Part and Supplier for Part.ThanksG

Why MWO allows to report tool even though the tool is not check in and checked out by another user? whereas in IFS cloud it throws an error “Tools/Equipment already in use”

Hi experts 😊There is an issue of Travel Button not available in Work Details. When the work is accepted, there need to be a Travel button for the worker to set its status before Start Work.However, Travel Button is available in My Work WindowIssue affects for every user.Workflow Configuration allows Travel.Does not have multiple Workflow Configurations with the same filtration but different weight.All other Travel related actions are available from Work Details (Stop, Pause, Continue) I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on the actions required to visualize the Travel button in Work Details. Thank you 😊

Hi All, We have been live on mWO in Apps10 upd18 for almost a year now and still are not completely stable. We currently have about 80 techs that use mWO and run into varios issues namely.The data does not sync and there are missing transactions in IFS ERP Apps errors such as sync failing Apps slow performance.We would like to hear from other customers who are live on mWO and their experience. I have heard about other customers using mWO for a higher number of techs and I would love to understand the set-up and how mWO is working for them in a production environment. Thanks,Nitin Kadam

Our technician is trying to upload the media from the camera option but if in any case transaction fails then with the camera option media is also getting lost so we advise saving the media first and then uploading via the gallery media option.To avoid the issue is it possible to disable the camera option (icon) from the device while adding the attachment?Please let us know how we can solve this issue.  

We do not want to allow Sales persons to be able to Add/Delete customers.What do I need to alter in permissions to allow them to view Customers, but not have full access to customers?Don’t want to see that ‘Delete Customer ‘ button at the bottom of a customer page at all.
