MWO Material Order no is not visible if material is created from MWO App until it's initialized

I have created material order no in MWO app, but the order no is not visible until the app is initialized.

How to fix this? Is there any way we can display the material Order no created from MWO app without initializing the application?

Tried syncing the application, but no output.
