I am getting this error message in a Sync Task for a Push message. IFS Cloud 23R2 SU2. How do I troubleshoot? Notice that the table/view/pkg name is not in the error message and there is no db background jobs that process sync tasks now, I believe it is done by the middle tier. Which pod/log file should have more info. Better still, does anyone know the most likely reason for this?

Sending push entity data failed: ORA-06550: line 16, column 75:
PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist - Failed executing statement (ORA-06550: line 16, column 75:
PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06550: line 7, column 4:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored)

Thanks!

Enable Sync Trace for the User/Device (see Installed Apps/Devices - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud for details) and then look for the error in Synchronization Traces - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

Most likely down to configuration issue with security set-up
