I am used to a different form of SQL from another ERP…I am finding some reports that have been written already for us have strange syntax  what does this sumbol do :  “for example:select “ field2,           'Draft' field3,        ''  engagement_id, I have tried to do a search on IFS quick report selects with “ in the code but nothing is returned. To that point - is there a nod page - whereby we can see all the additions / allowable features as I also found the use of (+) which is a short cut to left outer join. How can I know the full list of such ‘syntax features’ for use in my quick reports/understanding existing written queries in IFS SQL please. Thanks

Since we are not using the clockings where should we map mWO?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I move or change items from a location type of quality assurance?

When manually adding customer order lines, the planned ship date is calculated and updated automatically and takes into consideration the external transport lead time. If we add customer order lines using the CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderLineSet api the planned ship date is not calculated/updated based on the external transport lead time. If we manually update the external transport lead time, the planned ship date will update. How do we have IFS update the planned ship date without the manual intervention?

Hi all, I’m running into a strange issue with a REST API endpoint. When I hit the endpoint in the browser (while logged in), I get the expected JSON data. But when I try the same request in Postman or via a script, I get a 200 OK response with an empty body.Endpoint->https://hostname.com/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/RecruitmentRequisitionHandling.svc/PersonnelRequisitions Postman Response Browser ResponseTroubleshooting so far: Confirmed authentication is working (token/session returns 200). Exported and replicated browser headers (including auth cookies/token) in Postman. Behavior persists across network environments and users. Has anyone else faced this kind of issue? If so, what was the root cause or workaround that helped you resolve it?

I am trying to find a Dormant time between the current executable operation VS last operation in a shop order. One option is I can go to Finish Date and identify but for our business need this might not be enough I am looking for when the operation in sequence was actually touched. Example I have operation 10, 20, and 30. 30 is executable, so I want to know when really the 20 was last touched? - It could be operation itself, material receiving, or last material receive date. My question is, where can I find all those dates in IFS cloud?

The Version is 24R2.For PO Authorizers, I’d like some guidance/screenshot on how I can add existing Authorizers in Authorizers groups. I have a list of Authorizers and a list of Authorizers groups which are used in routing rules.  For whatever reason I cannot find a place to add the Authorizer ID in the groups they belong.  Many thanks,Paul.

Dear everyone, We are facing an issue where user keeps reporting an incident of application freeze/hangs or app is busy for longer period. Thereafter they have to kill the session through task manager. This is happening randomly, when user is switching from one screen to another or they are opening a screen in new window. OR sometimes user is away for few minutes (session expired) from the desktop and then returning back to work. After some analysis, we found that its not related to the DB long running queries. When user is idle for sometime, then it is possible that theirs session have got expired. IEE might be trying to bring the user online again by issuing refresh token and get the new authentication details for user. So, during this process, we observed that there are lots of similar authentication calls between IEE and server keeping it busy for such longer period. This is because the newly obtained authentication details (cookies) are not getting passed in the subsequent calls fro

We can see Connectivity_sys Database Processes are in Scheduled state but when click on view Background Jobs then can’t see any Background Jobs. How can we create a job?

In PSO, there are resources that were created a couple of years ago and given shifts but haven’t been scheduled in the rota for at least a year. Those resources are kept in PSO in case they get assigned to new areas. Unfortunately it appears that when Background Rota Generation is utilized, these non-current resources are appearing again in the Scheduling Gantt. We’ve made sure they are not in any current rota, and do not have any associated shifts. We’ve also removed their Division data. This hasn’t stopped PSO from now generating shifts for them during the background rota generation. What can be done (other than deleting the resources) to stop PSO from creating shifts for those resources and showing those resources in the scheduling gantt? Is there some way to permanently clear their long-ago shift information so PSO will stop including them in background shift generation, as well as including them in divisions that do not apply anymore? We can see the hierarchy in PSO documentation

Hello,We have just updated to IFS Cloud 24.2.5 and see that the Purchase Order > Share > Print Order >  Send Email option is now a toggle and the default is “off”.  Does anyone know how to set the default to :”on”? We’ve looked in Page Designer but have not found a way to either have it save the previous choice or set it to “on” as the default.   Thank you,Joann(4958)

Hi Experts,I created a Task template with Calendar Plan information also added Condition generation details as well.  Next when I linked this to a PM action in Jobs and Template tab, I could not see updated Maintenance Trigger information.
