Hi,when checking the Action Description of a failed process flow in the Process Flow Log, the description is cut short and the actual error, which is normally at the end, is not readable. Where can I get a full error log?

Hi Everyone, Most of file transfers from external sources for employee data is done via SFTP currently. We download the source file from an SFTP folder to the integration server and then perform a remote upload command. A bit archaic I know but didn’t have much time during our on-prem to SaaS migration to change this so we kept with it. A external system that generates one of our source files is going though a revamp and we are looking to get rid of the SFTP servers to transfer the file. We are thinking of having them directly upload their file to our ETM channel. Has anyone done this before? If so, a couple of questions:Do you have an example of the remote POST command? I do know the examples provided within ETM (powershell and bash) but would like other examples.  What tools/programming language to you use to automate the upload? Did you create a new ETM user for that specific interface? Can we restrict the new ETM user to only upload for a certain channel? Or will they have access t

Hello everyone,We have for our customer an lobby element constructed to display “Incoming dispatch advice lines”.It works but we noticed that unlike other lobby elements, our “site” filter does not work properly. When we put “%” to show all sites linked to our user, we see all lines from all sites. It’s not a SQL problem because if we go directly to the menu “Incoming dispatch advice lines” and we search without any filter, we see all lines from all sites. If we go to “Customer Order” and search without filter, we only see the customer orders from the sites linked to the user. Here is the lobby date source designer : I tried to add this to filter only the site linked to the user : and contract IN( SELECT contract FROM USER_ALLOWED_SITE  where userid = (select fnd_session_api.get_fnd_user() from dual )) With an administator account, it seems to work :  But as soon as I test it with an account with limited sites connected, I have this error message :   Messages d'erreur du serveur :3021b0

Hi,Can any one please tell me if we have the Oil and Gas extension available in IFS Cloud?also if we have following Oil and Gas extension features in IFS Cloud already? Oil & Gas Extension - Replication Oil & Gas Extension - Site Move Oil & Gas Extension - Transport OrdersThanks in advance..! Kind regards,Gulam Hasan

I am trying to set a default value for the Order Proc Type field for Purchase Orders so they automatically release after being approved.I have set the field to Required and Default to Previous, but it is not working as expected as it does not default to previous.  We only have one processing type and it will always be used, but they have to enter it on every line, sometimes 50 times...be much more efficient if defaulted.

I wanted to expand on a reason you could get the error ‘Error snapshot MRP Supply/Demand. MRP can not find required date of Order No in calendar’  based on the thread below.  The issue could be caused by more than your manufacturing calendar not being extended far enough.  If you make a mistake setting up you part information within the Inventory Part on the Planning Data tab you can cause this issue.  The below mistake where one of our users switched the Safety Stock and Safety Lead Time caused the exact error.   The error in data entry caused the MRP to think the safety stock lead time was 10000 days which would exceed our generated calendar but the root cause was the inventory part setup not the calendar generation.   Here’s how it should have been entered.  Once changed MRP successfully ran again.  It’s very important to know who to troubleshoot issue within IFS to determine the root cause of the issue.  Regards,William Klotz

Hi all, I’ve accidently marked a answer as solved, although it doesn’t work, can you tell me how to undo it or delete my question?I can’t even edit it anymore… Regards,Lena

Is there a maximum number for attachments that can be displayed on the various screens in Aurena? We have numerous records that have 20+ attachments, but only 20 will show on screen.  They have to drill down into Document Revisions to view all of them. The attached screen shot shows a shipment with 56 attachments, but only 20 thumbnails are displayed.

Hello,I’m not sure if this should be posted in the assets forum for the PM functionality or this forum for database task schedule functionality. We are attempting to create a new database task schedule to run the function Pm_Action_Calendar_Plan_API.Extend_Plan. This function extends the system parameter PM Plan Horizon. Our plan is to keep this value set 5 years out and the hope is to run this at the beginning of each year to automatically extend the plan horizon by another year. Otherwise it could easily be forgotten if it has to be run manually once a year. There’s only one parameter for this function called NEW_YEAR_ and it should be a YYYY number. I’ve tried multiple setups to set this to a value 5 years from this year, but nothing seems to be working properly. The closest I’ve gotten is using #NUMBER_OF_THIS_YEAR#+5 but this just sets the argument to quite literally 2023+5.It seems odd that this parameter won’t sum the two values together. We have other PM calendar generation dat

Hello, I would like to setup a Compliance Plan to generate Audits for associates at my company. I’ve setup a test Plan and created and Audit ID. I am able to release the Audit and complete it, but I was under the impression you could schedule Audits to generate automatically. The only option I have found is to Re-Generate Audit on the Closed Audit that is connected to the Compliance Plan. This appears to require manual intervention each time you would like to create a new Audit and assign it to someone from the Audit pool. This solution would not scale well, as there would need to be an individual to generate, assign, and create Focus Areas for each Audit. Is there a step that I have not properly configured to create and generate Audits? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Good morning,I spoke with IFS this morning and they confirmed that their customers who use Kerberos to authenticate AD users to assyst are reporting that users can no longer access the application after some Windows Server 2019 updates were applied.Has anyone here who uses Kerberos to authenticate users to assyst (pass-through authentication) experienced problems after Win Server 2019 updates being applied to the server? We will be attempting to rollback the updates.  I have also checked the krb5.conf and it appears to be correct.  I removed older encryption types. As a workaround, I have set up an alternate assyst app server that is using Database authentication to allow users to continue to use the application.Anyone else having this problem?  We are on assyst 10 SP7.5 but IFS has told me that it affects all versions.

Good Morning,Can anyone please advise how the issue below can be resolved - The Text is overlapping on the PO Lines. Thank you for your support

Community,i have a list of employee/person name, and user ID, i would like to trace it in HR and get their manager, department, position info. where is the best window, or view in IFS that i can simply retrieve that info, and load into an excel sheet?Thank you.

The view GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_UNION_QRY, used in a Custom Lobby Data source has a special condition who use a specific Business role. In the view, the condition below limits the access for a user who doesn’t have this Business role:  What is the global impact to give this Business role to a specific (NOT FINANCIAL) user?
