Hi!One user create a new Inventory Part. Then can not query it from Production Structure. I notice that the part Product Status (in tab Revision ) is Not in Effect.It is strange. Why the Product Status is Not In Effect even the Phase Out is null? This should be the reason can not query it from Production Structure. How can I make it In Effect?  How can I create BOM? Thanks in advance!  

Have there been any significant changes to how DOP operates since Apps8? I just need to know that the information I read on DOP Apps 10 will still be fit for purpose for Apps 8?

If a component in the DOP structure is in MRP procurement, the IFS will create a reservation for that component if it is available in stock and the DOP structure is in automatic netting.At the time of the release of the OF, it will reserve the components of the Production Order, taking over the stock reservations that are on the DOP structure.But the reservation rules are not respected. Hi!I have created a new custom tab/page with three attributes, one of should be referred from ISO_COUNTRY but getting this kind of error when trying to approve it  “The ROWKEY functionality is not enabled on the Logical Unit "IsoCountry", referenced from attribute "RIN_COUNTRY" on the Logical Unit "RinCodes".”This page were showing prod_no, rin_code and rin_country. How this should be done that I could use this ISO_COUNTY list? 

Hi!I’m trying to create a application message using SoapUI. I’ve made a Routing Address with HTTP with soapgateway as url.SOAP Action: urn:soap_access_provider:BizAPI-name Using SOAP_SIMPLE and UTF-8.I can see in SoapUI and in application that it create’s my orders but no application message is created.I have connected this address to a routing rule. But nothing happens. Using: IFSAPP9 Can someone help me?

Hi,Can you please tell me that in the shop order module - material reservation stage, I want to use the transport task in the MRB option shop order? But in IFS10 I found that MRB option TT not working directly. First, create a transport task ID in the TT module then this ID will be tagged in Shop Order - Materials Head (Select all reserve components then the MRB option select Connect Transport Task and put the ID). So, my question is whether this is the right way to use TT.In the Inventory Part in the stock module- I used TT directly, no need to manually create in TT id. So, I look forward to your kind support in this regard. Thank You 🙂

Environment: Regional Test CMB 22R1Test Plan:Create an ‘Operation Block’ and connect few operations. Assign Operation Priority to the connected operations. Go to Shop Floor Workbench. Identify if required. Filter by ‘Barcode’ and enter Operation Block ID. Notice that the operations are displayed in an ascending order of the Shop Order IDs but not the Operation Priorities mentioned in the Operation Block ID.Requirement: The purpose behind an operation block is to add multiple operations to it and assign priority orders in which the operations should be completed, creating a work-to list for the operators.

Hello Community,I am wondering if anyone has had a change to modify the Form Assistant design. I am trying to make a field mandatory within the Sign off of a Guideline when signing off through the Shop Floor Workbench.I have tried using the Page Designer, however it does not impact the Form Assistant itself. Did anyone have any luck or tied this?See below picture for reference of the field i am talking about.

Community,i have a shop order, lot size 3, parent part is serial controlled. there are 1 component line in this order, with assembly qty 1. it is also serial controlled.now I register 3 serial no into this shop order, they are S1, S2, S3, mean time i reserve the qty 3 component serial to the material line, they are L1, L2, L3. complete the shop order and receive all qty 3 parent part into stock.question here, if I do in the way described above, will IFS will have L1 installed onto S1, S2 or S3? I would like to have L1 installed onto S1, L2 onto S2, L3 onto S3, how to make this happen?  Thank you.

THE FIELD SHOWS UP IN IFS AND I AM MANUALLY POPULATING IT WITH THE CUSTOMER NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THE CORRECT INVENTORY PART. HOWEVER, I CANNOT SEE THE FIELD IN THE DATABSE WHEN I ACCESS IT VIA CRYSTAL REPORTS  (VERSION 2020)

Hello together,I noticed some processes in the Scope Tool I am not familiar with. Maybe you can help and explain me: Shop order parking: the customer has an customer individual production environment. He sometimes has the problem, that employees are working on a SO, but there is no components availability, so they stop working on the part and start working another SO. Question: is this a possible use case to use the function “park Shop Order”? Can you give me examples when to use the function? “10.6.8.2 Supply Chain and Manufacturing Positing Analysis” → does anybody know what this is? 13.9.5 Create Material Review Board Case → same on this, does anybody know this funtion? 10.6.6.2 “Report Indirect Time from Time Clock”: means this an (physical) time clock installed in a cutomers plant where the employees book Shop Orders by? Or is this a interface from IFS ERP system tro an external device as time clock

We are a manufacturing company that produces plastic pieces from injection machines. The same mold can produce several pieces simultaneously in the same injection cycle. We are searching for a best practice solution to help us planning, producing and costing each piece. The different shop orders will share the same work enter and the same mold version and be produced simultaneously. Any advice on where to start and develop a best practice solution inside IFS? 

Hi,I am trying to copy the MS level 1 forecast, but I get an error / stating ‘The Forecast cannot be less than the Demand time fence’. Is there any way that you can copy forecasts within the demand time fence to MS set 1?

Community, Shop order Start Setup can be started from Shop Floor Workbench, is it possible that it could be started in Shop Order window? I don’t see the RMB function anywhere in Shop Floor Window.Thank you.

We are implementing GS1 labels in our warehouse including batch or serial number,. Hi all,We are exploring the Kanban functionality within IFS and created a couple of Kanban Circuits in the test environment. Initially the plan is to use the functionality to replenish material from our main warehouse to our production line storage locations.When triggering the replenishment, a transport task is created successfully, but we want this transport task to be printed out automatically. Either at the time of creation or by a background job. I’m unable to find this feature and would need some help.We are running IFS Apps 10. BR Marcus
