Hello everyone ,  I need to create a custom event that triggers when the status of the customer order is closed .My problem is that I can’t find state column ( sql column for status ) in the list of column available in customer_order_tab .PS : I can find it in the view but not in the table  Does anyone have an idea how to get it ? Thank you in advance.Hanane

Hello ,I changed my email in communication method in the person screen .But since i’m sending a scheduled report , i still receive it with the old email .Is there is further step that I need to apply or a job that I need to execute to take account of the new email saved . Thank you in advance Hanane

Hi Everyone,We were able to schedule BR and send it to users by mail directly, but our request now is to schedule a BR to be send to PMs of active projects (we have around 100 projects).If I do it via Scheduled Reports, I will have to create 100 schedule reports and keep updating them every time PM change, new project created or another one closed...Project_ID is a parameter for the business Report.Not sure if there is a way to schedule a database task that lunch a custom event and in the event to trigger/ call a Business report (which function to call?)… then maybe send a link to the report archive or attach it to the PM mail ideally. Any idea would be much appreciated.We are using APP10 , Upd 15Thanks

Hello, I am currently trying to set up a ‘Custom Dimension LoV’ from a Dimension I have created. When I go to publish I am presented with the following error:  I am unable to find anything on why this is happening, any help is appreciated! 

APPS9We have been advised that XLR_REPORT_RESULT_TAB is consuming a large amount of disk space on our database.It looks like this is added to when a BA report is scheduled or manually run.How can we flush out/delete records from this table? We can see records going back to 2020 which we don’t need. Thanks

We have existing Event Builders at Product Level. Everything looks good in Database, but on Support Portal it is showing wrong information.Instead of Product Level, it is showing Item Level and next field is blank:  We are having this issue with a large number of Event Builders. Is there is a quick fix? Updating these manually is very time consuming.

Hi,    I have the below two tables with the mentioned fields and sample rows. Table GL_Ledger X has got a lot of actual details down to GL rows while table Budget Y has got budget amounts by Activity_Seq. I need to come up with one report where I have all fields of table X and one additional field for “AMT” coming from budget using the common filed Activity_seq. Two issues in my result:Duplication of budget amounts (in A1 rows). Missing budget for A3 and A5In other words, want to keep all details and rows of table X and pick up all records from table Y with no duplicates.Any clues on how to solve this issue? Also if I will use union all, is there an easy way to copy all table X columns properties to table Y and how to do it if that is the only solution.

Hello ,i have a report that is automatically printed by the system. and I want to disable automatic printing but I don't know where I should go in the set up .Report name : inventory order report Report ID : INV_PART_ORDER_PNT_REP_REPI think  the report is printed when the Mrp is started by a scheduled task . but im not sure Report archive :  Thank you in advance .

Hello, I am working on creating the ability to insert a new row in Business Reporter and have it wrote back to IFS.I am given the normal pop up to insert a new row, I enter the information and press ‘OK’ and occasionally the new line will not be created. There is no error message that is given and nothing happens.Insert New Values ScreenAny advice on why this may happen or how to trouble shoot would be appreciated.

Hello, I am currently trying to use the writeback functionality in Business Reporter.When I am working on creating the Procedure for the the writeback, if I update the API package and try to use the writeback functionality again, I am returned with this error: ‘Existing state of has been invalidated’. I have refreshed my cache, logged out and back in, and nothing changes it. The API works normally from inside SQL Developer.  I am unsure of how to solve this error, any advice is appreciated.

We have a report in IFS Apps 10 under IFS Business Reporter that was designed and and implemented over a year ago and up until the beginning of the month work correctly. Now, no matter whether you “Order” the report from within IFS, or launch IFS Business Reporter through Excel, as soon as the report is “run”, the “Conditional Formatting” rules within the Excel worksheet move from “This worksheet” into “Hidden:sheet_1”, even though there are no “hidden” sheets. This only happens when pulling the data from our production system. If we run the same worksheet through BR against any other environment (DEV, TEST etc.), the “Conditional Formatting” rules remain and the selected data that matches the conditions are highlighted as designed. This does not appear to be related to any IFS UPD levels, as we have had it succeed in both UPD8 (TEST1) and UPD12 (TEST2), but fail consistently in UPD8 (PROD).

Please could response for my query, i.e If it is in IFS 10 Apps Report Layout no Multi uncheck and what kind of Favours and un-Favours. Kind regards,Chandra Sekhar 

We use Aurena only, Apps10 Upd13 (soon to be 14) and on a regular basis one or more or all of our SQL order reports start giving errors to all users. We have recently started having issues opening excel files saved on to the server, which are based on a IFS BA Report. (See error message attached).> If we save the file onto our PC’s desktop, we’re able to open it.> Only affecting users on Windows 11 (and only recently), Windows 10 users can open the file> If IFS BA Add-in is uninstalled completely, the file can be opened
