We have existing Event Builders at Product Level. Everything looks good in Database, but on Support Portal it is showing wrong information.
Instead of Product Level, it is showing Item Level and next field is blank:
We are having this issue with a large number of Event Builders. Is there is a quick fix? Updating these manually is very time consuming.
