We have been advised that XLR_REPORT_RESULT_TAB is consuming a large amount of disk space on our database.
It looks like this is added to when a BA report is scheduled or manually run.
How can we flush out/delete records from this table? We can see records going back to 2020 which we don’t need.

Hi Tim,
There are few database tasks to cleanup BA related stuff and below task is for archive cleanup. It will remove the reports where the report expiry date is less than today (sysdate).
Also, schedule ‘Cleanup System template’ and ‘Cleanup Trace Data’ database tasks.
