Hello Community! I have a question regarding the sorting of the event log. On the Work Order and Work Task, the event log is listed under the attachments. You would expect that the first event log on the Work Order/Task appears at the bottom and the most recent one at the top. However, as you can see in the image below, the event logs don’t seem to follow any logical order.Is there a way to determine how this list is currently being sorted, or whether we can define the sorting ourselves? I understand that the attachment is a framework object, so unlike other client objects, we cannot apply sorting directly from the page designer. In my view, the event log should ideally be sorted by sequence or by date/time created. Hi all   we use the Work Order Report Control → Work Task print flow. For us the Work Tasks print fine, but some users see their attachments prompted to save/open instead of being printed (attachments never auto-print). Expected: single print action prints Work Task pages and attachments (preferably as one merged PDF).note - this is only for some users Request: anyone who've implemented server-side bundling (convert attachments → PDF + merge) or Print Agent configs / command examples to auto-print Office docs   please share.

Hello, I have noticed that with a defined discrete UoM on a part, you are still able to report and receive into inventory a fraction of a part. I do not understand how this would be possible. Would setting it to a discrete UoM not force you to report whole numbers?Calc Qty Rounding is also set at 0 on the Inventory Part record. Any guidance on understanding how this issue is occurring would be appreciated. Thank you!

I am trying to create a Demand & Supply chain table (in terms of SO/PO). A is my top level demand (final product) and requires various other supplies to manufacture this, I am wanting to see all the supplies (multi level) that goes into that demand. Example below, A requires, B,C,D but B/C/D requires other supplies to have them manufacture, think of main assembly (A) and sub-assemblies (B,C,D) until it reaches to RAW MATERIAL level.Does any thing such already exists in IFS Cloud if not, any ideas how can I tie it together through data base? Demand Order Supply Order A B A C

I am trying to set up a database task for condition or criteria based PMs to run automatically, however I can no longer find the PM_Criteria method in cloud. We can still manually run the condition based in the maintenance plan but that is not a viable option for most companies. What am I missing?

Company schedules technician work in PSO. At times technicians who have active shifts in rota are doing deliveries instead of tech work. Would like to filter or colour/color scheduling Gantt or do something visual in the Gantt in PSO for shifts when tech is driving a delivery truck in order to know that the tech is not doing tech work those days. Truck types are skills in our application, and truck skills are associated with either tech or delivery work, but don’t see any way to filter on skills? Viewing the scheduling XML one can see Resource_Skill and Activity_Skill, but can’t filter? Appreciate any guidance, thanks. Using PSO 6.15.0.46.

Hello,When configuring a CTO with by-products in IFS Cloud, we need an interim order to be created. However, when attempting to create the interim order, I receive the following message:“No buildable routing revision/alternative exists for part xxxx at Site on the date 2-SEPT-25.”I checked part xxxx and confirmed that the part type is set to "by-product." It does not contain a routing and/or a product structure.What could be causing this error?Kind regards,Willem

Is there a way to copy/duplicate a database task schedule in IFS Cloud?For example if you have a scheduled task already set up to transfer transactions from company A to company B, can you duplicate/copy the task and then edit it for transfer from company A to company C?

On IFS Cloud 23R1.8, the IFS MWO Service app (24.8.1292.0) on Android devices will stop/pause initialization when the screen is locked.  The initialization does pick up where it left off once the screen is unlocked.  Is there a way to allow the initialization process to continue when the screen is locked?

IFSCloud 23R2Currently we are using Dispatch Console for day to day Resource and Work Task Activities.We see there is one key difference in Dispatch Console and PSO ie PSO does not show Inactive resource as expected ie Scheduling Resource(InActive), However Dispatch console does not consider this and will always show all resources regardless of Active/Inactive. This is causing issue for dispatcher, as it is hard to manage resource without any filter and this behaviour and they often end up scheduling to InActive resources during manual scheduling. Can you please advise how are other customers dealing with this behaviour, is this normal behaviour or environment issue at our end? How can we limit Dispatch Console to show valid Active resources only. Thank you

In general we don’t manufacture any of our parts.  We purchase all parts from Manufacturers.  We have situations where we know a part is “Discontinued”.Sometimes we might purchase all available parts on the market and keep them in inventory.Are their any out of the box ways to indicate parts that are at risk (Scarce).  We need to be able to identify these parts without setting them Obsoleted because we want to keep using and repairing the parts we have.But we need a way to identify the parts that fall into this category so we can be actively finding replacement options.  Understanding our risks if we have a large failure of several of these parts at the same time.

I am trying to set up some data for a demonstration of both intersite and distribution orders.  I have been in several apps 10 demo versions and when I try to release a customer order line with the “Internal supplier transit” supply code, the system tells me that the order line date is not inside supplier calendar.  However, because the supplier is an internal supplier, you can’t add a supplier calendar to the supplier!!! Any ideas???

Hi all.My client is upgrading fron IFS App 10 to IFS Cloud 24.2.In IFS Apps 10 they share the consults that are saved with others users and it is a good functionality for them. They asked me if this functionality is allowed in Cloud and I do not find anything related to that.So, is it possible to share the bookmarks? I’m not meanning to export/import functionality between profiles but share the bookmark when you set it up.

HelloIn 25 R1, When a Work Order is linked to a Project Activity and a Work Task is cancelled while still having assigned resources and material lines, the associated committed costs continue to remain recorded against the Project Activity.The key concern is that these costs are not automatically rolled back to reflect the cancellation of the Work Task.Could someone clarify the recommended approach to correctly adjust or reverse these costs at the Project Activity level to ensure accurate project cost tracking? Alternatively, is this behavior considered a system defect/bug?Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Hi all We are implementing IFS Cloud for the first time.We can’t reconcile the Payments & GST on the standard TPAR report (TPAR, S108) in IFS 25R1. The file format is compatible with the ATO, however we can't validate the values on the report against Supplier Payments.Is this an issue for others?   

Hi Team,  If a PO is created and release and later we want to manually close it either after partial receipt or no receipt,  we need to create the purchase order change order but it does not allow us to make purchase quantity “0”, so had to cancel the lines, is it the right way?

Hi there, Is there any way to change the view in Dispatch console for a specific task, to the actual start and finish of the work task, when a job has been done?In this example, the technician has started the travel of a work task in MWO, then realized this was a job for another day, so he put it on pauze, and restarted it a couple of days later.Maybe this is where it went wrong, but then what is the best way to handle this from MWO?Now in Dispatch Console, it looks like he has worked multiple days on this, which is not very easy for planning… (see attachments)

Hi,We perform complex heavy aircraft maintenance. During this maintenance, we plan for alot of the maintenance, and identify thousands of non routines that needs to be corrected. Quite a few corrections/fixes for planned maintenance or non routines will trigger the need to perform tests after the maintenance is completed.I.e.: If we replace an electrical circuit, this will trigger the need to perform a test of that specific circuit when we reach the phase of “power on”. If we during the same maintenance replace a circuit breaker on the same circuit, the same test may be triggered again.We are trying to find somewhere in IFS Cloud where we can create this list of tests.Wishlist:It would be nice if the list is populated by both planning before maintenance, and triggered by non-routines reported during maintenance.
