IFS Solutions

In Use Place (e.g. CFG) we can see which deliveries have been done from Build Place, but that data only mentions delivery codes without any information on the content. And even in Build place it is not easy to find delivery content (you would need to have access to the GIT repository). So, how can I find in CFG which functionality has actually been delivered?

I want to remove or assign a property to the company but I don’t see any add or delete icons or any other command that would allow be to assign or remove or edit a company property.  Might there be a permissions set for this or something else that I need to be able to do this?  Using the Appowner or setting myself as the HR Manager has not helped.Thank you.Patrick

If user reports 10 hours on time card when his schedule is for 8 hours, how can we setup overtime rule so that 8 hours get reported against normal wage code and 2 hours get reported against overtime wage code

Can anyone explain how to create a Command button that links to a Lobby like below “out of the box” example on Customer page:This button links to a lobby without creating a new tab in the browser.It is possible to create a button via an ExternalNavigationLink, but it creates a new tab in the browser, and this eventually clutter up the browser and makes it more difficult to navigate on mobile devises.

Hello,I am having trouble logging into the IFS Lifecycle portal. Some time ago, I added the Microsoft Authorization app for logging in, but I no longer have access to my old phone. Is it possible to remove the previous login method through the app so that I can add authorization on my new phone?

On our test environment we are exploring Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) V1 as the legacy GCM/FCM method was deprecated 20/6/2023 and will no longer work 20/6/2024. Our Android devices do not seem to be registering in the Azure Notification Hub when FCM V1 is the only option (successfully linked and tested to Firebase).The “FSM Mobile Messaging Guide” we have was last updated 5/3/2021 and does not cover FCM V1, so am wondering if there’s a step we’re missing to have FCM V1 work, like a toggle in a config file, etc?

Hello everyone, I am facing a strange behaviour in Instant Invoice core layout from ifs cloud.Into the Instant_invoice_item table, at line with “TXTOT”, there is a condition on the total_amount and the currency_codeExpression tns:SHOW_ZERO = 7and into the visible condition :((tns:ROW_TYPE=8)  or (tns:ROW_TYPE=18) or (tns:ROW_TYPE=28)) and ((tns:SHOW_ZERO = 7) or (tns:SHOW_ZERO = 27))To be honest I’m not sure what it means ? However the problem is with those core conditions, my “currency_code” field is not working especially on this line.I removed the condition to see what happen, and the currency_code is now “multiplied”… But no more on the desired line.Very strange. Any advice how to keep this “currency_code” on this line without this kind of behaviour ?

Hello everyone,I can’t find decent information about syntaxes to create visible condition in ifs report designer.My goal right now is to hide a field (charge_amount) when the value is negative (starting with ‘-’).There is also a second condition for this same field, which is core from ifs ivc reporttns:CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/tns:INVOICE_TYPE = 'CUSTORDCRE'.My question is how do I do this ? Should I use the visible condition as below and add an expression . If so, what’s the correct syntax for the negative parameter i’m looking for ?Best regards,

Some List pages in IFS Cloud offer an expandable view of sub data when selecting a chevron/caret arrow at the far left of a list.I would like to know if it’s possible to add this function to other List pages through the page designer. I have tried adding a few different things to test but am not having any luck.

We have noticed get below Error in Print Manger on some of the print reports IfsPSCrystalReportsPlugin.CRPlugin. StartPrintJob() Crystal reports Plugin failed!it is also noticeable that after this the print server is not processing jobs due to a script error in the IFS print server. This error could occur if there is a change in the report layout or if the report has been amended. Just to clarify, this is related to App7.5.      

Trialing manufacturing control plans with serial number tracking turned on (order based, one lot per, no multi level or inventory). I have to RMB in the Analysis header to “Enter Serial Numbers” before I am able to enter the Serial No on the separate data point lines (variables not attributes). Once I've entered one or all Serial Nos when I try to save the entered Serial Nos disappear and I am still unable to save my results because my Serial No is not populated. Anyone have any ideas as to why?

Community, how to resolve below error when we are changing the Print Uom in the product structure. basically, we defined the input uom group, 1pkg=1000 EA. we want the system to be automatically translate what it is needed during the business operation. 

When are working in 23R1. All of our users have a default coordinator in sites per user. The coordinators are populating in customer order but not on the customer agreement.Is this core functionality?If it is can someone explain the logic behind it?

Using Shop Floor Workbench and Manufacturing Control Plans When creating the analysis at the point the operation is being worked (either no frequency trigger or time interval trigger), even though I am only working a partial qty (executable qty < SO lot size) my analysis sample size is based on my lot size. Is there any way to set IFS up so my analysis sample size is based on my executable qty, and then when processing the remaining units later on the same operation, another analysis would be required to be generated for the remaining units? Or are there any other solutions to this issue we are having?We don't want to split at the SO or operation level: We would then have to generate more control plan lines at the SO level every time (Op splits) and or it would increase the administrative burden on technicians once working the shorter operations on the SO (SO splits). We want to process partials and properly track their acceptance via Analysis R

Hello Everyone!Our company is trying to use Intersite functionality to send purchase orders from one site/company (40) to a second site/company (45).Here is what we have done so far:Company 40 created a purchase order and sent it to company 45.Company 45 processed the EDI messages which created a customer orderCompany 45 shipped the goods on that customer orderWe noticed that company 45 cannot print the invoice and it looks like the have to use an option to “Send” the invoice rather than printing it as normal.Does anyone else used this functionality and if so, when you click send, are there EDI messages sent over to the receiving company that they have to process and if so, what happens there?On our purchase order that was sent over, we have checked Self-billing so that an AP invoice is automatically created when the goods are received.  We also don’t make cash payments between our selling and receiving com

We’re trying to use an Event Action to POST a message to azure service bus. We are trying to use the Azure Shared Key and  using the Azure Service Bus Primary Key value in the Event Action key field. Hello,We have a situation where a customer invoice has not posted due to a non-inventory sales part line being added to the customer order with no price list attached. The order has then been invoiced but not posted due to this missing price list.The error is: “Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C17 code part A in company”Posting type M30 shows the price lists and when you go into them, details the ‘Sales Group for Sales Part’ and the ‘Account’ that the cost is allocated to. As there is no price list on this line in question, it has no reference of where to code the cost to in the accounts.It will not let me amend the line to add a price list, as the order has been invoiced already. Is there any way I can solve this to allow me to final post the invoice? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
