Hello, I have a problem connecting report designer with ifs cloud 22.2.I have configured IAM CLIENT IFS_report_designer.I run Report Designer.Gives the host address.The IFS CLOUD login page opens.I’m enters login details and receives an error as in the screenshot.what's the problem?

Hi Experts,Is it possible to traverse back a breadcumb path without the user manually clicking the parent level?Ex: in the following, after the user has arrived on the address screen, is it possible to take him back to the job screen via some client script method which is invoked upon some event?  

We have a user who is getting a “Due Date is required” error when trying to make a change to the Place screen. The due date is on the CC Escalation tab on the Place screen. The field does is not required on the screen, or metadata. There is no BR or client script that is producing this error. Do you know what it could be?

My Basic Data Container in Data Migration Manager is saying that these 5 records for countries are in a “Not Deployed” Deploy Status state…  Yet, if I go to the Deployment Container for the same Target Table (ISO_COUNTRY) my 5 rows are in either Deployed With Commit or Deployed state. Why is the discrepancy between the Basic Data Container and Deployment Container Statuses? is this a bug in the User Interface?

I think in discrete manufacturing industries, there exists a very similar requirement as described in https://community.ifs.com/ideas/shop-order-material-transport-tasks-53431 . We are an industrial equipment manufacturer with several hundred employees in the shop.The shop is very diversified, with welding, machining, inhouse assembly of mechanical, hyddraulics systems or electrical control cabinets.The different types of shops are in different buildingsAll shops are structured with several workcenters. Every workcenter is a collection of several physical workstations.The warehouses are also distributed in a range of several km.Same parts can be stored in multiple different warehouse segments, sometimes close by the requesting shop, in the main warehouse or even in the outdoor storage.Due to this structure of shops and warehouses, we have implemented a CRIM to support the process as described in this idea.Process:in general: request - pick - pack - transport (+issue) - receive(+issue)

On the New Voucher screen in IFS Cloud, when new lines (rows) are added and saved, they are automatically re-ordered (re-sorted) in a way that appears random.  Does anyone know the rationale behind this auto-sorting?  Is there a way to have the rows be sorted in the order that they were entered?  It causes efficiency loss due to having to scroll and search for the appropriate row(s), when certain rows require editing.

We are currently using Apps 10 Upd 18.  All of our techs utilize mWO Service 10.  We were about to start the process of implementing Work Task Templates to a large scale to standardize our services and quotations.  However, in early testing, it was discovered that we are only given the opportunity to add a single work task template to a quotation while using mWO.  After that, we are able to add additional “raw” work tasks, but never a work task template.This severely limits our ability to go this route.  If we could add multiples, we would be able to keep the individual templates relatively basic services for example Replace Belts, Replace Coolant, Replace Water Pump, etc.  For each of those, the techs would add whichever ones they want and move on.With this limitation in mind though, we would need to create Work Task Templates with multiple Work Lists on them in varying combinations.  This will force us to create a higher quantity as well as a higher complexity of templates, while sti

Hi,We are in need to add new row with new Maint Org. value which will valid from future date.  Since there is no date valid from/to column here we can not prepare the change in advance, the only way to handle it is to do the change manually the date which the change takes place.It is not possible to add new row within same site, the error message “Main person resource already exist” comes up. Is there any way to handle the change of Maint.org. with valid date?  

Hello, We have been experiencing inconsistent behavior when WT status set to Work Done (Automatically) when the Assignments belong to the Work Task get completed. In some instances, the Work Task status stays in ‘Work Started’ Status without changing to Work Done.  In this Example, the WT has a single Work Assignment and the MWO user completed the Work Assignment and Returned to  mobile. The IFS Cloud Work Assignment Status is ‘Completed’ and the ‘Time to Completion’ filed is ‘0’.     But the Work Task is still in ‘Work Started’ status. Are there any other rules that could affect  changing the Status of the Work Task to ‘Work Done’. ? Also this behavior is intermittent as well. Thanks and Regards,   

We are using IFS10 with update 3.We have created several KanBan circuits in our test environment and these are working as expected. However, we have some that are failing. We get this warning on the background job: Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit (XXXX). Verify inventory exists to transport.We have checked all the setttings of the KanBan with one that does create the Transport task and they are identical. We have checked the location and the material in stock they are all available. I have tried manually to move the parts to and from the locations by manually creating transport tasks and executing them without any problems or errors.What can be the cause of the missing transport task?

We are seeking to reserve materials automatically for the original requisitoner upon goods receipt following the creation of a purchase requisition. Could you provide instructions on how to set up this automated process?This PR is not related to any Customer Order, Shop Order or any Maintenance Order. 

When trying to receive the Inventory Parts for a Return material authorizations which had the Customer Order Supply Code "Int Purch Order" and "Purch Order Trans", I receive an Error "Inventory Part in Stock does not exist."This error only occurs when trying to Receive using the Receive Parts against Order Deliveries. This error should not occur as there was a Customer Order that previously processed and delivered for the same location that I am trying to return it back to.  

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble getting a Permission Set Filter (PSF) to work correctly in IFS. I've followed the steps outlined in the documentation, but I'm still able to access records that should be filtered out.Here's what I've done:Created a PSF: I've defined a simple filter with the following WHERE clause: &AO.PART_NO <> '120150' This should restrict access to records in the ServiceEngApp >PartSerialCatalog entity where the PART_NO is not '120150'. Granted the PSF to an Activity: I've added the PSF to the relevant activity that grants access to the PartSerialCatalog entity. Assigned the Permission Set: I've created a permission set with this activity and assigned it to a user. Cleared Cache: I've cleared the security cache and reinitialized the client.Despite these steps, I can still see and access all records in PartSerialCatalog, including those with PART_NO '120150'.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Why is the day not completing for one employee and not the other?They appear to be set up the same.I even set them up the same on Employee Schedules and Rules.If anyone has any insight on this, please let me know.

I have the screen Scheduled Work Tasks which shows the Work Tasks PSO has scheduled. I have the impression a filter is automatically set, as the Activities view in PSO shows far more records when compared to the SCheduled Work Tasks screen. Based on visual comparison, I would argue that Scheduled Work Tasks screen only shows current (today) and near future allocations, but none from the past nor far future. Is this correct and would this be configurable?  

Hi,Does anyone know if it is possible in IFS to report different type of work for differen wage codes. The work is not necessary related to manufacturing processes (can though), it can also be different kind of office work tasks. As an example attendance time is normal time and is registered for one wage code, then if the employee does a specific work task for example security work or attends to certain meetings these should be registered for another wage code. The reason to separate these work tasks from normal time is that the hourly payment is higher than the “normal” work and should be transferred to payroll. So an employee has two different hourly rates depending of the nature of the work With Indirect job I am able to register different kind of jobs but it is not linked to wage codes. As an example below Attendance: 7,5 hDifferent wage code for meeting: 2 hDifferent wage code for security: 1 hNormal wage code for remaining attendance: 4,5 h  Any ideas can this be done in standard

Added statutory holidays for 2023, 2024, 2025 to exception id and then got errors in background job when trying to regenerate calendar.  Error while updating Purchase Order Line. Order No: E4300, Line No: 1, Release No: 3,Planned Receipt Date: 10-NOV-22. ORA-20110: PurchaseOrder.CHKAPPROVALAMT: The total amount exceeds the Purchase Order Max Authorized Amount. And when I check the purchase order it is not showing that it needs authorized and it is not over the Max authorized amount.How do I resolve?  

I am trying to create a Permission Set Filter to remove ALL Technical Attributes being sent to the MWO Service Eng App. I have created a 1=2 for the TechnicalSpecification but I have completed an Initialization and all the Attributes are still showing. How do I get rid of them from the MWO?
