hello,

We are using IFSCloud 23R1 in saas mode hosted by IFS, and the support informed us that we are getting out of storage space  and that it is connected to ACT_HI_VARINST table and its indexes

this table looks to be connected to BPA (Workflow) or/and “active engine” and “Camunda” 

does anyone as already some experience about how to manage this table and especially how to purge it ?

IFS supprot include a fix in 23R1SU19 that stop recording BPA history in ACT_HI_VARINST and truncate the table. gain for us 40GB in Database segment
