One thing that you could do is to include all the customers that need the same customer agreemnet applied in a Customer Hierarchy. Then you define the Customer Agreement for the customer which is at the top of the hierarchy and all the customers in that hierarchy will inherit the Customer Agreement.
Maybe this could work for your scenario.

Have tried the below option already ?
You can enter the Customer here, to whom you want this agreement be copied to.
The new Agreement for the entered Customer will have all the data (Deals per Part, Deal per Sales Group, Sites, etc.) copied from the source Agreement.

Thank you. I tried the same but I need to copy for multiple customers as we have more than 1000 customers.
