Hi all,
we try to integrate PSO with an external system and need to know what we have to setup in the firewall in between.
Which ports / URLs should be open in the firewall?
Every helps is appreciated.

it depends which Interface you will use. If you are using the Restful Gateway (SRG) it’s typically Port 80 (HTTP)/443(HTTPS). The legacy WCF Scheduling Gateway (GWY) is typically setup on Port 8744. However, if this is a new integration you should use the SRG.
Further, are you hosting PSO in our managed cloud or on premise? If it’s in our managed cloud you will have to request IP whitelisting for the external system via ticket to our support.
