One user is unable to view approval process tab  on the attachment of activity  scope and schedule screen .The user doesn't have the approval process  tab enabled as follows. The user account of this user is having similar permission as another user(sferri) who can see the approval process tab.What can be causing this issue . Need your kind out put on this matter.Thanks Udanee 

Hey Community,user has created an Inventory Part and connected it with Wrong Site, and also receive the the Qty with 2 Serial Parts. Now is there any way to change the Site on Inventory part or Delete the inventory part?

Could someone point me to where I may find work instructions with examples for IFS site, production line, work center, and routing setup to support visual shop order planning? I see some general structure documentation on these and a few demos explaining new UI for Aurena, but I'd like to understand the optimum way to set up the architecture for our manufacturing sites & lines by referencing a step by step work instruction with some hypothetical examples.

How to setup this type of Purchase Authorization  

We are currently using Apps 10. With the upcoming retirement of a supervisor of Maintenance dept, a technician has been promoted to the supervisor position. Here are the steps we have taken in IFS:Created a new position, S-MAIN, since the previous position is no longer valid. The parent position is PRGM (Program Manager). We used RMB and Generate for this process. In the “Employee” Screen - Assignments tab, updated the position ID for the new supervisor to S-MAIN and set the Valid From date to 7/1/2024. In the Graphical Organization Structure’s maintenance department, added the new supervisor to the “Access” tab. As MT1 and MT2 positions should fall under S-MAIN, I moved these positions from their previous locations to under S-MAIN using drag-and-drop in the Graphical Position Structure. RMB > Genera

(Currently 23R1, but 24R1 in August) In our case we have created a lobby for filtering serials in stock based on attributes, and a link to open "inventory part in stock" based on filter in lobby.When opening “inventory part in stock” from the lobby we want a different page layout with focus on custom fields, not layout in context. Hi,If an operation with an entity discontinues in the middle of the year, is there any way to get the profit earned (for periods it was with the group) after discontinuing?

Good evening.  I would appreciate help wrt the Access Attribute and Access Roles functionality.  Example - Employment Employed Period.  If you select “Self Access” and the Attribute is Active, does that mean that the Employee is able to for example modify (if you select Modification) their dates or blocked from modifying their dates?  I am logged in as the Supervisor of the Employee but whether I select Self Access or Access to Employee, I am able to see the employment dates of my subordinate; there is no change.  Many thanks.  Anya.

Hello IFS Community, im fairly new in the IFS world, i’m using the DMM tool, we are cloud 24R1 and im trying to migrate suppliers, when adding the Invoice setup into the IDENTITY_INVOICE_INFO table, im getting the following error for all my records“INVOICE_PARTY_TYPE_GROUP validation failed”i know the Group im using exist, but i still don't know what am i doing wrong…your help will be truly appreciated

Issue in printing invoice - the template output is missing certain element title after upgrade to UPD19. See below Could anyone advise please? We did try a direct export from UPD13 server rdl file & reimport into UPD19 server, result still the same - defective template. Can anyone advise?

We have multiple companies running in the same IFS tenant, and some associates have access to the multiple companies. We’ve created appearances for each company to help lessen any confusion. The issue is on screens like Customer Agreements and Customer Financials - when you change the company option on the local page the Appearance Configuration doesn’t automatically update to the newly-chosen site’s appearance. Is there a way to have sections like Customer Agreements and Customer Financials update their appearance automatically? Note - we have thought about trying a workflow but haven’t yet.

I’ve used the Query Designer to create a projection query that includes a date field. I’ve added a filter parameter for that field, since I want the date applied to the filter to be dynamic. The documentation says I should be able to use a context substitution variable in the datasource designer with that parameter.However, when I use #TODAY# as the parameter value on the datasource, I can see that the substitution is adding single quotes around the date value, producing a datatype mismatch error. The request header shows the URL looks like this:/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/QueryProjectionReliability_Monitor_Due_Count_By_Assembly.svc/GetReliability_Monitor_Due_Count_By_Assembly(CurrentDate='2023-11-07')?$select=AssemblyTypeCode,CountOfMonitorDue&$orderby=AssemblyTypeCode&$top=25&$skip=0Note the single quotes added to 2023-11-07, turning it into a string value. If I manually remove the single quotes, the URL returns the expected

Hi everyone,I've noticed that the cost element in the item request lines in the project materials and Services doesn't go up automatically for items with a price of 0 in Supplier for purchase part.In this first example, i’ve setup a price 1£ in the supplier for purchase part for the part H000001 with the supplier 1120031. Then, i add a new lines in the Project materials and Services and when i ask the cost element in the lines, it’s coming up automatically.   In this second example, i’ve setup a price 0£ in the supplier for purchase part for the part H000001 with the supplier 1000055. Hello, I am looking into the Export control. As I remember in App9 or App10 version when I am trying to set up export control for Customer orders (Inventory Part type purchase) when connecting the license I had to create a supplier for purchase part and define the export control codes in there.In App9, in the connection log it shows the user that you need to create supplier for purchase part and define those export control basic data if you haven’t defined them. And in that version both Part catalog export control data and supplier for purchase part export control data required in order to fully connect the license.But in Cloud 23R1 version, even when I didn’t define any supplier for purchase part export control data, system allows me to connect the master part export control type and approve the entire license. In previous versions if we only connect one it appeared as “Partially connected”. 

In the case of an expense, is it possible to see who can approve it for me and who can authorise it before it's done? 

HiI have successfully created the UPD build from IFS Config builder and applied in IFS Dev, Delivery deployment is successful without any errors, but after the installation if i login to IFS Apps and see in Installed compoenents screen, then still its showing UPD 10 as version, please check the below screenshots and please guide me where it went wrong why its not showin Components version as 22 in installed componenets screen, what i have to do it, plz guide me. 

We have an employee valid until 30/04/2024 in company A. We need to transfer his employment to company B though ‘New Employment’ wizard by selecting existing Person ID from 01/05/2024 onwards. We filled all the relevant data in all the steps. However, in the final step when click ‘Finish’ we get following error. There is no employees yet added to company B but still prompts an error. Any suggestions please?
