Hi, we’re looking to begin using handling unit functionality in our inter-site order flow.Ultimately, we want to create a HU and attach only certain shipment lines to it - there are some shipment lines we don’t need to attach to a HU. We are then completing, delivering and closing the shipment in the normal way.However, when we use the Delivery Note No. to receive the incoming dispatch advice at the receiving site, only the parts in a handling unit are available to receive. The lines without a HU don’t even appear.The Inventory Transaction History shows that the missing lines are going into Internal Order Transit, meaning we have to go to the Register Arrivals screen to receive the PO lines.Can anyone tell us why this is happening?

When attach a document to no part PO line receive below error. Version: 22R2PO > No Part Lines tab > Add a No pert line   Select the PO line > Click on the fie clip mark on the line > Document > New Document Try to attach a document. > OK > receive below error“Field [KEY_REF] is mandatory for Category and requires a value.”  

Issue Description:In our organization's PSO environment, we have a large amount of technicians with diverse shift types, where each engineer may have their unique shift pattern. Due to the dynamic nature of schedules, frequent modifications or creation of new shifts lead to operational challenges.Current Challenge:The issue arises when we need to adjust an individual's shift without altering the entire template. For instance, we may need to change an engineer's Wednesday shift for a single day to a different Category and apply a specific Rule Collection for that specific day. Have anyone done a modification on sort order in a standard report, for example Shipment Packing List? We would like to sort the rows differently than standard. Do we have to make adjustment in the RPI package or can this be done in a configuration?

Hi all,IFS Cloud/PSOI was wondering what are the configurations/basic data to Schedule automatically with PSO in IFS CLOUD.Are there any committ rules on IFS CLOUD as well? Currently the flow I am running is as follows:1. Creation of Request creation and subsequent task2. Task allocation thanks to PSO3. Dispatch clicking button "assign" to validate/modify PSO scheduling on DC Console4. Dispatch clicking "Transfer to Mobile" to send it to the resource on the mobile 5. The flow continues in the standard way thanks to the MWO Service. Is there any way to automatically validate the scheduling done by the PSO without the Dispatcher clicking Assign on every task (ex: the night before/after every hour)? I was thinking Commit rules or a Job?From my tests, Assign is important to generate the Work Assigment and to allow the "Complete" status on the MWO to update the sta

Hello, We’re looking for some ideas how to auto print a report off the back of an event. An example would be, once we have registered an arrival, and a receipt record created, details from the receipt would then triggered and drive the report details though to print. Currently, we have a custom Crystal Report that is accessed via an RMB Custom Menu. But would like to use this report and it be automatically fired, and printed to a local printer to the user. I have read other posts mentioning CR is a little ‘heavy’ for printing labels, but would like to hear what options there are within our current process/setup to automate printing based on certain functional trigger points. Thanks for reading.Rob**Currently on Apps10 UPD8**

Hello All, We went live on Apps10 UPD15 a few months ago using the Aurena front end.  Since we’ve now gotten several months of transactions in the system that the Shop Order Costs projection (and a handful of other projections around shop floor transactions) have some sort of  “Default filter” that is filtering out results older than 100 days.  This means that when we search for shop order costing results for orders outside that window, we get a blank page.However, one of our team noted today that if we manually modify the URL string to set this value to false, the record will appear: Curious if this group knows if there is an easy way to set this part of the URL to default to false so

I have several layout in use for report id = PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP.  I have one of my companies stating that the layout looks very different for them vs most of the other companies.  How can I best determine what layout is ‘chosen’ when the user/company generates the purchase order.We are not currently using report rules for this report. 

Hello, I post this question about an issue that i have with the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project screen. The problem that  I have is that the data linked estimated revenue and cost is not showing in this screen. However once i run revenue recognition the vouchers are generated and i can find this data on the voucher analysis screen. Any ideas to solve this problem please ?  Best regards.
