I would like to know what is the best way to set up companies for a client who has an existing of 150 SPVS and needs to create 50 yearly:

-Company A

• SPV A-1
• SPV A-2 ...

-Company B

• SPV A-1
• SPV A-2...

In IFS we have two ways to create the company

1. Create a company model “A”, load all core structure data and then creating another company “B” from a company model “A”
2. Using a template model company
   1. Create a company model “A”
   2. Create a template model -”Template A “based from a company model “A”
   3. Load all core structure data on company model “A”
   4. Create company B using template model -”Template A”

i have two questions:

1. What is the difference between these two types of creation?
2. What is the best way to create a company so that i will have less data to load specific by company?
