Hi IFS Guru,I am trying to setup Warehouse Layout (Bays, Rows, Tiers and Bins) in IFS while I was doing the layout found out that during creation of Tiers system is showing double Tiers one in the bracket of Bins and other the same Tiers under Row, it should be in the order of  likeBay>Row>Tiers>BinsSee the screen shot we are using IFS Cloud Version 22R1. Let me know is their any bug or I am doing something wrong. Shez

Hello, Could you please give me advice? I have problem with Additional views, I created new CF in Entity PurchaseOrderLine, but when I run it it says that “The column vendor_part_no refered to in table t is not an approved persistent Custom Attribute”, but in additional views I edit switch toggle button in all entities which has OBJKEY available. This column is located in PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_ALL which is switched on in toggle switch. Thanks for your advices

Hello, Starting a discussion on this topic as we seem to have uncovered a bug not previously noted on IFS community which is impacting SQL Quick Reports.  We have raised this as a case with IFS who are currently investigating.  In the meantime I am keen to hear from other customers on IFS Apps 10 Update 23 using EE who may or may not be experiencing this issue. Specifically, when running “SQL Statement” type Quick Reports the Parameter’s Screen is blank.  Previously this would provide inputs for the various parameters held within our SQL statement, such as Order No.  The SQL code from the reports has not changed, and this happens on all existing and any new reports created.  Crystal Report type Quick Reports are working, prompting for parameters correctly as expected.  I can confirm that the SQL code is

Hi everyone, when created a resource line where demand type is tools/equipment , after time reporting , in the cost line the cost type is coming as personnel ,But when directly reporting time for tools and equipmentthe cost line shows tools and equipment.I understand this could be something basic but I do not know the logic, can anyone please explainregards

I have a question that >>>> When an attachment (document object) in current LU (LU-2) is inherited (sourced) from another LU (LU-1) through an Object Connection Transformation, the attachment in the LU-2 does not appear in a new LU (LU-3) when the OCT has been configured for LU-2 and LU-3. The attachments originally attached to the LU-2 is successfully transferred to LU-3. Is this how the functionality works (limitation ?) ? Actually, the requirement is to transfer the attachments in the ShopOrderOperation LU (for outside operations where a purchase order is connected) to PurchaseOrderLinePart LU. For that, there is an in-built (system-defined) OCT. It works for attachments attached to the ShopOrderOperation LU itself. But, there are attachments inherited from other OCTs (from InventoryPart, EngPartRevision, etc), and these are not transferring to the PO line with that OCT setup. I think this is a limitation of the OCT ? However,

Hi,In one of our customer environments, there are more than 200 steps in most of the work tasks. Each step has a unique object. While working on a step, if we navigate to the object of the step, we end up in the first step when we come back to the steps page. Is there a way to return to the same step technician has been working. We are on Cloud 24R1.Thanks.

I am using IFS Apps10 and have a problem with Purchase Orders being emailed to the Requisitioner without them requesting it. It appears in the  requisitioner’s inbox with the subject “PDF file for Purchase Order report for result key <result key> is ready”When I check the Report Archive it says it was ordered by the Requisitioner but he has not ordered it. There is no custom event or scheduled task triggering it. I think it is occurring when the PO is closed but I am not sure. I don’t think it is occurring for everybody, just this one person and has only started occurring recently. The only way I am aware of that you can receive this mail is if someone sends it manually from the Purchase Order screen by selecting RMB-“Print Order” and then ticking the “Send Email to” box and entering an email address in the text box below that.I can’t see how it can be happening in an automated way., I have checked everywhere. I need to stop it however.

We upgraded IFS Cloud from version 22.1.3 to 22.2.5 and after that we cannot view the picture of the invoices in Posting Proposals any more.  

Hi Community! Our users frequently encounter this error while using IFS IEE. Could this be related to a slow internet connection?Usually, they resolve it by restarting their laptops, but the error still occurs daily.Any advice?

I am needing some help understanding why more than one Work Center is popping up when I run Visualizer. When I select the Shop order to look at it only lists one Work Center but when visualizer is ran with Labor Load Summary more than one Work Center is populated.

Aurena client2.Any database browser like Oracle SQL developer or PLSQL DeveloperI would to know their IP Address, location of the user if possible and other information like time, session duration etc.Customer is in IFS Managed Cloud so have limited options like lobbies, quick reports etc.How can we do that?
