ISSUE/QUESTION:When I have some users using MWO Service Classic and some other users using MWO Service, I do not get any push notifications to the device for one of those apps. In the Project Navigator, when a line is added in the Demand tab, two lines are automatically created in the Activity -> Cost tab with line IDs L01 and S01.Could anyone please help explain:From where these two cost lines are generated? Which configuration, rule, or process is responsible for creating both L01 and S01? Is this behavior standard in IFS Project or triggered by any specific setup?Your guidance on where to check or how to control this behavior would be highly appreciated.Thank you.

Loading large CAMT files (e.g., 6.6 MB containing 12,500 transaction lines and approximately 521,000 rows) into IFS Cloud 25R1 SU3 is currently not possible. When attempting this with the “Allow Automatic Matching” toggle enabled, the process fails with the error:ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_FILE_ID] is mandatory for Ext File Log and requires a valueDisabling the toggle avoids the error, but this forces manual matching—a highly time‑consuming process that is impractical for customers handling large volumes of transactions.IFS R&D has provided a workaround: The “Allow Automatic Matching” toggle must be turned off. A new button has been introduced in External Payment Details: “Check and Match all items in background”. This runs the matching process as a background job.

Hi,Is there a way to enable a function similar to price limits in Request Contracts? I am looking to create a contract line where the works are free of charge only if it is under a certain cost. e.g. $4000. If it exceeds $4000, the the works can be invoiced to the customer.  Thanks in advance.

Hi,Where in IFS can a manager get an summarized overview with employees overtime, flextime and sick leave during a time period?Not just day by day.Is there an report for this or a lobby element. Employee Results does not show the total value, only day by day. Regards

Hallo community!I am trying to configure IFS CLOUD to trigger a message when a Sales Part is not available that has a substitute part set up that is available.But so far, I have failed. The IFS Cloud Service module does not include a way to print "Survey Answers" from the IFS MWO Service app.This means Customers need to MOD the code go through creating a new report process ( i.e. creating report packages and views) even if it is a small configuration.Has anyone managed to meet these requirements without a Modification?Many thanks 

Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.

Dear community. I am working through an upgrade from Apps9 to IFS Cloud and am recreating some of the Custom Menus with Commands. I have come across the situation that didnt occur in apps 9, which is the data types in a Window with Transfer type of Menu/Command. Here is an example, a custom menu in Apps9 which transferred to Inventory Transaction History, and showed all transaction history associated with that material line, in Apps 9, the source/destination keys were ORDER_NO, RELEASE_NO, SEQUENCE_NO AND LINE_ITEM_NO mapped to SOURCE_REF1, 2,3,4 accordingly. This works fine in Apps9. In Cloud (23R1) when attempting to create the same, since the source data type in the Shop Order Material Line is a Number field, and the SOURCE_REF4 column is a String this error appears when attempting to load the Inventory Transactions History list. Error details: [{"code":"TYPES_NOT_COMPATIBLE","message":"The types 'Edm.String' and 'Edm.SByte' are not compatib

I am trying to use the IFS Report Migration Tool to convert an rdl layout to an rep layout. I get an error that states a file is missing and to please add the .XSD file to the same directory. The XSD file is in the same directory and I still get this error. I have tried both individual file conversion and the folder conversion.The file names are exactly how they were exported:SomeReport.rdlSomeReportRep.XSDIs there an additional naming convention that needs to be applied to the XSD file?  

Hi, When you have a Customer Order Line and Sourcing DOP, you get Purchase Req for componets related to this demand if you have “Allow MRP Explosion for DOP Parts” set to true (and that Customer order Line is set to “Released for Mtrl Planning”).Purchase of LLIT can be done, so far so good.But when the Customer Order is released and the DOP Header is created, the demand for purchase parts is gone. This cause issues in purchasing and MRP Action Proposal/ Inventory Part Availability Exeptions shows that you have no demend. Then you create the DOP Structure, and the demand is back again.Is there some parameter I miss, as DOP Header is not seen as a demend or is it a way to automaticully create DOP Structure when the DOP Header is created?From an user perspective it’s easy to miss the step to create DOP Structure as soon as Customer Order is released and usualy this is done in two different departments in the organisation which

Hello Comminuty, I have been trying to get multiple external payments created for different cash accounts (multiple currencies) through the same CAMT054 file with no luck. Receives the following error: ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$PermanentFailureException: ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_FILE_ID] is mandatory for Ext File Log and requires a value. The file contains 3 notifications for EUR, USD and SEK iban numbers. Is this not supported by us or are we missing something in the configuration? When I remove the rest of the notifications and try the same file with a single notification, it works and creates an external payment for the relevant cash account.   Appreciate i

Anybody knows if there is a limitation in how many operations the can be connected to an opeartaion block?I get this error when connect 68 operations (67 works fine). Second question, You can start all operations in one block by Start Production, if a second labor shall support, you cannot join the production for all operations, join operation is disabled if select more that n record, any setting to allow join all operations in a block?  

What is the criteria to get load from DOP Order to be visible in visulized in 24R2. I have same site, part no, routing and in one DOP I get load and in unother I don’t get load. Both DOP Headers are ‘Unreleased’

There are major issues regarding performance when working in the Project Gantt chart. Even a small WBS will be a challenge and for example creating activities and creating/adjusting dependencies can take minutes.  I know this has been a challenge for several years and there are a few topics on the matter.  Can we expect any improvements in the near future regarding this issues? Running on 23R2.
