Hello,I am facing issue with arrived quantity and Invoiced quantity, here receipt is done for PO with Arrived quantity -1 and PO is invoiced ( status - Paid posted) but in the receipt screen we can see Arrived quantity - 1 and Invoiced quantity - 0 . what is the reason ?Regards,Kruthika

However, they’re now interested in converting some of these objects into serial objects while preserving all past transactions linked to them. Hello All, Here is my situation. I have a customer on Apps10 that has multiple remote locations (field reps) that hold fixed amounts of inventory, that need to be replenished frequently. The replenishment inventory comes from an FGI warehouse onsite. The customer services people use a spreadsheet to determine if a replenishment is required and then create transport tasks manually.I know that the easiest and simplest way to create is to use Kanban, however this customer does not own Kanban so we are trying to use Remote warehouses with replenishment via Putaway zones. The crazy thing is as I’ve tried things here and there I have gotten things to work on some parts but not others, and I can’t seem to find how I got it to work.I’ve included all my setup in the attached document. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello All,I'm looking for some guidance on token authentication to/from PSO from a third party application.Referring to the SchedulingSchema.pdf I know that the load file needs to be constructed to contain a <Broadcast> block with a <broadcast_type_id> of 'REST'.The load file will also need <Broadcast_Parameters> containing 'auth_token_url', 'username' and 'password'.  From my understanding, when these entries are in the load file, when the load file is received and processed the Broadcast Manager will use the mentioned credentials to authenticate using client credentials flow.This is where I am looking for further clarification.Does PSO store the received token in the PSO database?If PSO does store the token in the PSO database, do the subsequent DSE Broadcasts contain the token in each broadcast message?  If the token is NOT contained in the DSE Broadcast messages can PSO be configured to add the token to ALL DSE Broadcasts?Any and all information and assistance wil

Apps 10 UPD 19 - Linux MiddlewareHopefully someone can help with this issue.We have received a new IFS Component (a CRO one) via a release. The Release has been deployed successfully without any errors but the module does not appear in the navigator. I can confirm that the Db / presentation objects exist but noting in the Navigator.I’ve re installed the release, refresh all the caches but its still the same..Any idea? 

The “Present Employees” function/status “Presence status” does not work in our Aurena.Only a few of those present IRL (clocked in) are shown in list as present. HiWe need to pass a value (Eg: Customer's PO No) into ‘Payment Reference’ field in the customer invoice. Checking the possibility of using ‘Cust Inv Creation Method’ for this purpose. Do you have description on each method available in company basic data. Cust Inv Creation Method:Use this list to specify the method to be used when creating a payment reference number. The reference number will be printed on instant invoices, interest invoices, customer order invoices and project invoices. The payment reference number will be used when matching incoming payments with open invoices.

Hi, I created a partially replicable IAL object.For some time later a problem occurred. There were duplicate rows. Then we understand there is a problem with the IAL. While setting partially replicable IAL. The app threw information about duplicate rows. I didn’t care about it before. Now I need to set the primary key for this IAL.The IAL includes only the INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK view. And for this table (INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_TAB) primary key is “PART_NO, CONTRACT, CONFIGURATION_ID, LOCATION_NO, LOT_BATCH_NO, SERIAL_NO, ENG_CHG_LEVEL, WAIV_DEV_REJ_NO, ACTIVITY_SEQ, HANDLING_UNIT_ID”. How can I set the primary key for the IAL object?

Hi, Can you help me for Purchase_Part_Supplier Data Migration. We don’t want to write for all rows in excel for column “LINE_NO”. We can arrange it with a select statement but I couldn’t do it. Hi,I have issues with running an Excel Migration job updating valid to date on the current price line on supplier price list (purchase_quantity_price). I get the familiar error “Object does not exist”, but I have all key attributes present and the same job works in another IFSAPP10 database for the same customer. The job is set so that the only attribute to be updated is “VALID TO DATE”. Has anybody had issues with updating purchase_quantity_price?I can say that creating new records works fine. B.RPer

Hi, Is anyone avare of the setup which enables employee to report flex time for day off days.In our customer case the situaion is that there is overtime rules for day off -days for example an employee works normally from monday to friday and saturday and sunday are day off. If an employee works on saturday or sunday based on his/her own will the time is flex accrual, if she/he is asked to work from employer/customer side during the weekend then the time is based on overtime rule. Overtime is calculated when the employee report overtime cash in/out, how about for the flex time for day off how to do the in/out reporting?BrEevastiina

I have a requirement to translate the "Complete" command for WT in the My Work Tile (MWO) app.In the translatable text, I only see the following two paths for "Complete Prog Text" under the path %ServiceEng%. However, it seems like these paths are not related to the "Complete" button for WT in My Work Tile. Does anyone know how to add a new path, or if I am mistaken, how to translate the "Complete" button for a WT in My Work Tile to any other language? adding language translation to below two paths did not translate the Complete command   

Hi All,Our environment is SSO configured and users login using their network login.We installed the Print agent and tested reports. It looks like reports picks up the Print Agent and I can see Print Jobs in ‘Complete’ state in Print Manager.Printers we have are network printers and users need to login to the printer using their user network login id in order to print reports.Now the problem is, reports sent to the printer queue has their owner as the service running the IFS Print Agent. Therefore it is not possible to see jobs when login to printers using network user login and print reports.How can we change the printer queue owner to user login?

We have been building our Maintenance surveys for Aurena in a test environment. I am not able to find how to add those to an app package or be able to export them for importing into the production environment. Is this a possibility to do? We have a lot of layers developed and would rather not do them manually again. 

I have a case in IFS 10 where I need 4 operations on a shop order on the same work center. I would then afterwards like to connect these 4 operation with 4 operations from other shop orders in a block. But it is not possible to add more operations on a shop order to the same block, why?

Is there a quick way (now that F9/Zoom isn’t an option) to identify where Basic Data for each Dropdown lives?  For example, if I needed to set up a new Shipment Type where would I do this?  What would the view be under in the Navigator? If I type in ‘Shipment’ there are at least 50 entries.  How would I which to choose?  Is there any logic to help?  Is it always TOPIC Basic Data or Basic Data TOPIC?  Is there a debug/page info clue?   Any assistance gratefully received.

Hi,We are experiencing some issues with synchronizing FSM and PSO unavailabilities. When an unavailability is created in FSM, it is automatically reflected in PSO. However, when the unavailability is deleted from FSM, PSO is not updated and continues to show the unavailabilities that have already been deleted in FSM.How can we proceed to update PSO according to the changes in FSM?Thank you.
