I have a Workflow on the TravelExpensesManagerHandling projection.  It is invoked via a button/command.  Whenever I want to undeploy the Workflow to change something, I’ve always deleted the item from the Commandgroup in Page Designer in order to allow the workflow to be undeployed.  As a result, it has to be recreated in Page Designer each time the workflow is redeployed.  Is there a way to just “disable” the command in order to allow it to be undeployed so it doesn’t need to be recreated each time? On 23R2SU10 currently.

I would like some clarification for the process of installing the IFS Business Reporter add-in for Excel under Apps 10 (UPD20). Based on the “Add-ins” page, there are two options, the .MSI installer or the “Click-once” installer. Upon further investigation (technical documentation), there is also a “SETUP.EXE” that can be found in the “BUILD_HOME” delivery (under ...\build_home\win32client\IFS Business Reporter\Install). I am unable to get any of these to work properly (all exhibiting different symptoms). The most recent attempt was to run every installer that was linked on the “Add-ons” page (i.e. https://server:port/add-ons.html), and it seems to work, but still throws an error stating the the “upgrade utility not found”. Does anyone have any advice on how they use BR and how they installed the “add-on”?

Is there some setting that determines how many decimal places apply when a user exports to Excel?  User exports Customer Order lines - prices appears to 4 decimal places; I do the same and prices appear to 2 decimal places?   Thanks!  

Will there be a future release with the ability to choose to sort Purchase Req lines by Supplier Name?  Our Buyers are somewhat put out by the Account Number/Supplier Name concatenation.  We are on IFS Cloud 23.1. Thanks

I am getting an error when trying to navigate to a page from a lobby element. When I check the sql query, it seems to be ok and I can get the data from the database correctly. But when I click on the lobby element, it says that some columns are invalid identifier.An example:I have this element. Hello,  I am trying to set up a supplier payment order reconciliation flow using CAMT054. I’ve set up message codes under payment format and external payment parameters for message code ICDT. However, when the file is loaded into IFS I get the following error message in the External Files Transactions view: ORA-20110: ExtPayParamMessageCode.MSGCODENOTEXIST: The Message Code 5TW79TKTCC1B for issuer DBA does not exist in External Payment Parameters for Payment Method CAMT054.  The code “5TW79TKTCC1B” is a random serial number for the transaction that the bank adds under the proprietary message code tag. It is different for each payment in the file. When looking in the CAMT file the Bank Transaction Code ICDT is present under the <Ntry> tag in the file.and the proprietary message code tag is found under subfamily <Ntrydtls> tag. For some reason when I load the file into IFS it ignores the primary ICDT <BkTxCd> tag and only loads/reads the Proprietary tag. I have raised a credit note that is showing in Printed status due to posting control errors the invoice in unable to move to posted auth, is there a way of cancelling / deleting the credit note while in printed status?

Hello,I would like to output a logo that is retrieved from the database via a select query and 2 parameters (company and language).Since it can happen that PNGs are not available for all combinations, I would like to output a standard logo for this case using the NVL function. The select statement works in PL/SQL-Developer.Unfortunately, no PDF is generated in the Report Designer Preview. When creating a purchase order with multiple purchase order lines with the same purchase parts (with different order dates (on call contract), IFS is calculating the price per purchase order line. Is it possible that IFS can calculate the price based on the total quantity of that purchase part in that specific purchase order. ExamplePurchase order 1line 1: part A, quantity 100, date X line 2: part A quantity 100 date YSupplier for purchase part A has price list examplemin lot size 100 → price 1 euro min lot size 200 → price 0.5 euroCurrently each purchase order line has a price of 1 euro eachThe total quantity within purchase order 1 is 200, so each item should get the price of 0.5 euroAny suggestions?kind regards,Vincent Heijmer

Hi all We have a customer using FSM (6.22 build 8362) and PSO (6.10.0.13). Previous to upgrading they could see the group the user was a member of, however it appears that during the upgrade Admin group has been dissociated form the users but weirdly they kept the admin rights. This is the same for viewable datasets, The solution used was to add 'viewAllDataSets' permission to the default set which seems to work. Still, the sudden change without any traceable mention in the change log  is worrying - same applies to Admin groups removal. Is there a known bug that could cause this change during the upgrade ?Thanks for your help Keith

Hello,I am curently using IALs views with Quick reports in crystal. this works fine but when I try to use the IALs views in crystals layout in IFS these doesn’t work. I saw in a doc that sometimes it is better to create customs views in IFSAPP instead of IALs in IFSINFO (like IALs) so could you please give me an advice ?ThanksFrédéric

In Apps10 client, when entering decimal values, they are being recorded as comma-separated.For example, I enter 2.5, but it appears as 2,5 and is saved to the database that way. How can this be corrected?

Hi All, What is the easiest way to get ‘additional info’ from the Customer Order to other departments - for example to Shop Orders or to Shipments. The info we are talking about are small remarks from the customer that need to be taken into account when producing or shipping the goods. For example: “Pack in boxes no larger than 50x50x50”. Or: “Truck needs to be loaded from the side”, or “do not use plastic when shipping” - “Courier needs to call delivery contact at least 1h before arrival”. Is there an easy way to communicate such information so it is easily visible and accessible? Best RegardsRoel Timmermans

Hi,We have the below Clean Up Touch Apps Logs scheduled task and it has executed successfully.But when mobile device logs are extracted, there are records more than a year ago: Does this mean the scheduled task has not executed properly? Hello all, does anyone know where the message: “Time cannot be set for Earliest Start Date since Plan Manufacturing Supply on Due Date is disabled for part xxxx” comes from?
