I went to send an email  to an user when the work task step state changes to work done.  This email needs to list all the lines on the task step.What is the best way to achieve this please ?Custom event  Execute Online sql code using the command_sys.mail command Create a crystal report and then using custom event email action type add the crystal report with the details Any help greatfully received

Hello!My customer is looking for a more efficient way to search for parts within the assortment and perform mass updates. Today they are searching for the parts by Parts by assortment to find the parts and get the Assortment node. Then they copy the Assortment nodes and use them in Assortment attributes and from this view they can perform mass updates. Although there is a limit here for data and change without getting a time out.   I would like to know how others work with assortment and mass updates, I have limited knowledge in this area and I can´t find any documentation :) Thanks! BREmma

Community,On work task line, you can see the current pre posting for cost center is set. if I changed the object ID, i would like the cost center in Pre Posting being changed automatically by a designated cost center value. my question would be, how to connect the cost center to object ID? Thank you. 

Is it possible to Pre-posting against the object (both functional & Serial) so it will automatically fetch to WO when object is connected?

Is it possible to use small letters number in supplier invoice numbers ?All entered letters are automatically converted to big. Is it an option ? 

It has been some time since I worked with project-connected shop orders, and I am not seeing what I think was always standard behavior.Cloud 22.2.1I created a shop order manually for part M1. This shop order did not originate as miscellaneous demand on a project activity.This shop order has one component and this component is not standard planned.Part M1 has costs in cost set 1 and is Weighted Average / Cost per Lot/Batch.I connected the shop order to a released project activity and the Planned Cost Driver is Connected Objects.I do not see any costs in the Planned Cost column.What setup might I be missing?

Hi All,One of our customer’s completed the Year End Process and complained us about 0-13 Periods balances are now zero in GL Balance Analysis, and they are not able to extract the Full Year TB from the IFS Application. In our investigations we found that in Period 13 contains following categories posting transactions only, Automatically created Clear Revenue /Cost Balances related Voucher entry which include GP8 (Retained Earnings) posting. Here they use a different Voucher Type YEM Audit Adjustment manually created Voucher entries- They use a separately created Voucher type for this,  AE Automatically created Final YE Voucher entry - They use a separately created Voucher type for this,  YE Issue:From the Clear Revenue /Cost Balances related Voucher entry all Cost and Revenue accounts balances transferred to Retained earnings , so Cost and Revenue accounts balances not available in the GL Balance Analysis for Period 13 Automatically created Final YE Voucher entry transferred all balanc

One of the plants also handles customer service requests for warranties, preventive maintenance (PMs), and contracts.My Question: What are the pros and cons of having a separate site for customer services to maintain a customer-owned fleet from the perspectives of Manufacturing, SCM, and Finance? Thank You

Hello dearest community, I have a question regarding the Work Task Filters i.r.w. IFSAPPS10 vs Aurena. To give a bit of context, a couple of years back we started using IFS as ERP. Currently we are moving maintenance to IFS as well. However, it has been announced we will be moving to Aurena in about a year or so. Furthermore another site abroad already implemented maintenance in IFSAPPS10. To prevent confusion on implementing Aurena we decided to directly start using Aurena for maintenance purposes. But Aurena is a bit funny at certain times. One of the differences we have found is the missing of “My Work” in Aurena. Fortunately we have found the “Technician Portals > Maintenance Engineer” which acts and seems to work the same. However, the application of Work Task Filters does not seem to work in Aurena. Hi,We could find more information about the possibility of sharing one Resouce between companies and from the financial perspecting in this thread  But I have some queries when it comes to Manual/Automatic scheduling, please see the information below.Please explain the function of work task scheduling per Resource shared between companies in IFS.I have the following resource setup for two companies and relevant sites.Resource MANULK (Resoure Group is PSO_RESOURCES)Company UK site UK and 1.Company XT5 and Site 5 I also have setup this Resource as a Scheduling Resouce for both the companies and then Then I generate the working schedule for this Employee (I use shift pattern but not the HR schedule). First see the Resource Availability, note that Company and Employee details are not there I assume this becase the resouce is linked to more than one company. Then I try to allocate this Resource in the Dispatch Console. Has anyone experienced issues with Purchase Req Authorisation allowing a user to Authorise a Purchase Req (from project) which exceeded their “Max Amount” for PR limit?  Rule is set to retrieve Project Sub-Project Manager as authoriser.  Rule correctly retrieved on Purchase Req.    Routing Template uses Project Role We are on 23R1.10 Any thoughts/suggestions gratefully received!

I have a question about the Additional Deployment Process functionality in Data Migration Manager projects. In short, is the functionality even implemented correctly in 24R2 or am I wasting my time in trying to get this to work? I’m trying to migrate the EQUIPMENT_SERIAL object and eventually update the hierarchy. For performance reasons, the EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_SEQ field is auto generated and in the hierarchy, based on the SUP_CONTRACT and SUP_MCH_CODE fields, the FUNCTIONAL_OBJECT_SEQ (others also) is updated. Thought I could implement a Pre Deployment process of type UpdateMissingKeys to retrieve the Sequence from the database but it’s not working. The SQL that I would guess would be generated as the basis of the deployment would be the following using the EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_API.GET_EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_SEQ method as the basis to get the key. My client wanna distribute the cost incurred by marketing team according to proportion of revenue account based on the product group, I have no issue to configure the steps in PCA for this.  However  I have problem to setting the steps for cost incurred by cost centre Finance (ie salary, travelling expenditure) which they wanna distribute it equally to 5 product groups in the same GL account.  How can it be done through PCA?

Hello,I need some help with Cloud Risk Management. I'm having trouble understanding why estimated costs and mitigation costs are not reflecting in project monitoring cost tab. Once I entered an estimated cost for a risk, a mitigation cost along a cost revenue element linked to an activity, those values appear in the risk tab of the project, but not in the project's cost monitoring tab. Is there any specific cost accounting setup needed for this to work? If not what is the purpose of connecting a cost revenue element and a project activity?Thanks in advance.Uththara
