Community,Wondering whether it is mandatory to create PNG for each project? Does PNG has connection with MTR?We never use PNG. but we are thinking of using MTR to transfer standard inventory to project inventory.

Hello all,We need to make refunds to our customers and we plan to do it through the purchasing process. The goal is to create a purchase order per customer refund, then receive this purchase order and create an invoice in the process and then print the invoice publishing. However, we will have to receive more than 800 orders and we would like to know if it is possible in IFS to receive several hundred purchase orders in bulk with a selection and insertion of the receipt reference. Hi, In IFS cloud is there a way to change the default date. For example in the customer order screen the default date for the field wanted delivery date is set to the current date, is there a screen in IFS Cloud were we can manually choose what the default date is set to? Instead of using current date we would like to change it to something like a week from today (SYSDATE + 7)

I am trying to create a Quick Report that will show all inventory receipts from the previous day. Below is my current query. I want to add a WHERE clause so I will only see records where the ARRIVAL_DATE is yesterday. I have tried several different ways to accomplish this and have not been able to figure it out yet. I want to rent out a non-inventory sales part.  The order is released and I’ve moved it to a Reserved status using quick order flow.  When I go to add an event, start event in my case, the lower section is blank.  Is there something special that must be done when renting a non-inventory sales part?

Community, We are on APP10 UPD 9. We would like to have packaged parts to be supplied by internal supplier, on supplier code, we would like to make it “Intl Purchase Trans/Dir”, but system prompted error. it is not allowed to do this for package part.wondering how to make this happen. as we have to use package part this structure. 1 package structure contains 13 lines, and total order qty is 44 packaged parts, delivery in different dates. It is a nightmare if we don’t use package parts and do one by one on the customer order line.want to borrow your brain. Thank you.

Hi,In our current process, we reserve materials for our shop orders in the warehouse. Next step, we move those parts to the “pre-production” using transport tasks (warehouse task on WaDaCo). To do this, we go to the screen ‘inventory parts in stock reservations”, select everything for the same DOP and create the transport task. As we have have big structures with many phantoms, the same part pops up several times in our transport tasks. We now have situations where the operator needs to execute 10x a line, for the same part at the same location.I can’t figure out which setting to use to consolidate these lines. Can you create a shipment that is not connected to a customer order? And if so, how is this done (i.e. need to add shipment line, etc.)  - adhoc shipment  

Hi Community,In sales contract window, if the value of  "Contract Change Order Change Capturing Level" is on “Contract Item”, then the field “Change order Comment” is disabled. If the value is “Cost or Revenue Element” then the field is enabled. Need to know the reason for this behavior.

We have a situation where suppliers send us credit memos for rebates.  We process those credits (sometimes very large amounts) and we process invoices until we owe them more than the rebate was and then we send them a check.  Our problem is, they offer us discounts on the invoices if paid within terms, but due to their credit memo we do not pay within those terms.  We still want to take our discount whenever that check is cut.  Has anyone come across this and found a reasonable solution?IFS sees it paid out of terms and doesn’t take the discount.  We could manually update the discount date, but we could be talking about 100 invoices for 1 supplier so that isn’t a good solution.  we have requested checks, but some suppliers refuse to send checks.

Hi, Is anyone familiar with this error we are receiving when trying to delete any resource from a few specific groups, but not all groups,  under the PERSONS tab in Resource Details?  We have checked/compared all the set up and we are clearly missing something.     ResourceDetails/PersonGroupForm (server error)Database error occurred. IFS does not display Open- and Closing balances same in Mixed Payment as External payment, when “Use Step No” is enabled by the user under the “External Payment Parameters” page. Select the payment method “BGS” Under the “Segmentation Criteria”, add a line and enable the option “Use Step No” Navigate to the external payments page and click on the + and add a new record as below. Save the record and go to the details of the record. Click on the + option under “External Payment Item Details” and add a new record. Add details as below, save the record and the click on “Match and check all items” option. The status will be updated to “Checked”. Hi Everyone , We are trying to connect PSO with IFS Cloud using IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant. When configuration finishes all validations get successful, but Test connection fails saying ‘Failed to connect IFS Optimization Server’. Also gives below error to set data manually : Failed to connect to IFS Optimization server account Default. Error message was: 400 - Bad Request. The user IFSSCHEDULING and the parameters OpenIdAuthority, OpenIdClientId, UserNameClaim may need to be set up manually.
