I’m interested in getting some feedback from others that are on IFS Cloud regarding your experiences with major releases, service updates, and deliveries.I wanted to include multiple questions/polls, but the forum will only let me include one poll. If you’d like to answer these additional questions by responding in the comments would be greatly appreciated. #2 - How many major releases, service updates, or custom deliveries have you performed on your IFS Cloud (PRD) environment in the last 24 months?#3 - Do you regularly install service updates or major releases and version releases only? If service updates, some or all?#4 - How often has a delivery failed for you in one of the environments while the other environments were successful (e.g. A delivery is successful in CFG and UAT environments, but fails in PRD environment OR successful in CFG and then fails in UAT.) in the past 3/6/12 months?

I’ve created a lobby showing rejected Purchase Requisitions. I’d like to link the lobby to the Purchase requisition page to allow employees to make adjustments to rejected PRs.Here is my code that doesn’t work: page/PURCHASEREQUISITION/List?$filter=RequisitionerCodeRef eq $[USER_DIRECTORY_ID] and AuthorizationRejectedDb = 'true' I’m new to coding but have gotten the hang of creating the lobby elements. Any tips on getting this navigation to function?

Hi All, Anyone have experience using spend analysis feature in Strategic procurement? I am trying to understand what does this Expenses categorization does in spend analysis and category assortment.Is it just to analyse different expenses based on the category? If so how these expenses are reported in IFS?Couldn't find any info on this in help or release notes.Is this connected to HCM in IFS or I am little bit confused how we can use this expenses category in strategic procurement or in spend analysis.If anyone has any input please feel free to add in here.Much appreciated. Thanks,Chamath

Hi, Do you know how I can setup the rule for an absence type: 1 day available every quarter for employees, If not used in previous quarter, can be carried forward to next quarter- to be consumed within the same year.I've already set up the 1-day-per-quarter limit, but I need help configuring the carry-over rule.  thank you!

Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has used those limit setting parameters, and would share a short description of what these actually do / for what they are used.I could use the the VAL_PERIOD_EXT (validity period extension), where absence limits had to be valid for 2 years (instead of default 1 year). But all the other parameters sound somehow cryptic. I could not find any further description in the IFS online documentation, and I would be happy for any input. I wonder if I could use these… especially the MIN_DIMENSION (Minimal absence limit dimension) 😊.Thanks for sharing! KR,Anny  

Hi. I have a customer who want to start working with Project module (IFS 10), and I need to know how deliver parts without a Customer Orders,I mean, they only have the demand in the Demand tab of the Activity and when they purchase or manufacture the parts, how is the functionality to do the shipment?Thank you in advance.

I am trying to connect a sales contract to my Customer Order as a reference, but the Sales Contract I want is not appearing as an option to connect. The CO is in planned and the Sales Contract is Active, the project connected to it is attached, and it is all under the same Company/Customer. What may be the reasoning for why it is not available?  Sales ContractTrying to attach correct Sales Contract but it doesn’t appear as option

I have used Page Designer ‘Default Value’ to set the Tax Code value in the Purchase Order (part & non part tab list).Whilst this appears to be working - how can I configure IFS to do the same.I have tried changing settings in the Supplier - tax at address/invoice and Company - Tax control/purchase - largely based on another community thread. But I am finding I am having limited success with this approach - it’s likely due to a lack of knowledge on my part & not taking all the correct steps necessary - how can I find out the correct approach to achieve this functionality, please....Is there an IFS Cloud configuration guide book I can purchase?TIA 

Hi All,We have created a new repository as a file storage type to create a separate file location for docman files. Then we have created documents and could be able to add new documents to different screens without any issues. However, when we try to view or download the attach document it pops up an error after scanning for the document for so many minutes. What would be the issue here? Is this a bug ? Thank you!

Hi All,  I have a question about the change management in the supplier schedule. I create a Material requisition for a part, e.g. Part 01. The requisition’s have 3 lines  - Part 01 - 10 pc - Due date: 2025.03.10.  - Part 01 - 10 pc - Due date: 2025.03.11.  - Part 01 - 10 pc - Due date: 2025.03.12.I runned MRP for this part, which create the supplier schedule appropriate so I can release and send these lines to the PO. However when I change the amount (e.g. from 10 to 20) of the first line of the material requisition and run a new MRP it create a new supplier schedule which is very similar to the previous one, just create one more line with the needed 10 pc on !!2025.03.12!! due date, and when I release it and send to the PO, the planned receipt date is 2025.03.12. which is late because I set due date in the material requisition on 2025.03.10 for this line. How should I set up the system to create these lines with the correct date? Thank you for your answers!Roland​​​​​​​

Hello Team,I have an issue discovered today.While I’l trying to copy an inventory part, the ABC Class is wrong. You can see on the screenshots below that the REF part is in class A, but the copied part is in Class C.Do you know how can I solve that ?

Hello,We’re currently working on a project where many technicians have tasks assigned on Saturdays. They would like to have a clear overview of their schedule in the "My Work Calendar" within MWO. The question is, is it possible to adjust the Work Week settings to include Saturday?They prefer not to work with the  "Week" setting (Monday to Sunday). We’ve been unable to find an option in IFS Cloud to configure this. Does anyone have any ideas?Thank you very much,Iulia

Hello,We accidentally created a customer and need to delete the account. When trying to delete we are getting the following message:“The Customer Info "PHI-REPGSSNA-US" is used by 1 rows in another object (Credit Collection Info).” Wondering what screen we need to look at to remove this associated record? Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks,Kyle

Hi Community,i have a question in IFS Cloud regarding “how to query with multiple criterias in list view tables”. e.g. if i want to get in customer invoice analysis all customer invoicesexcept customer-no 2999999% ANDexcept customer-no. 5% I did not manage to get in basic search the expected result with entering attached query.  My workaround was to enter in advanced query attached search, which shows my the expected result.  If I switch from advance query to basic seach result the query is transferred in the way i entered it previously and “holding” correct result !?In my opionion this search criterias is the same as entered previously in basic query.  Any idea why the origin multiple criteria in basic search is not working !? IService update: 24.1.4Framework service update: 24.1.8 Thanks in advance for support. Florian  

We are using a couple of lobbies in IFS Cloud for KPI measuring.Is there a good way to monitor these lobbies on big screens out in production? Is there a tool in IFS that can export a printout of the lobby, or is there some way for other application to read Lobby elements?

We are currently in IFS 10 upd 19, and moving to upd 24. We are working with creating surveys for Aurena and MWO but I was recently given a requirement to be able to have a picture/drawing that they technicians can see and confirm that their site looks like this. Is there a way to build that into the surveys? I know how they can attach a picture, but can there be one that is shown to them instead? Here is two examples of what they are doing in excel that they need put into their IFS surveys somehow.
