Hello All,Thank you all in advance!I am trying to add Approval routing to the Assignments tab (JtExecutionInstance) in a Request Work Task.  I have successfully done this on the Request Work Task (JtTask) however the approvals will not show on the assignments. I have refreshed the cache multiple times and still does not work.  Is there a separate configuration I am missing? The MediaLibrary, Eventlog etc do not show either.  I don’t need those but they are part of the Default Definition which makes me think I missed something.

Hi, In our receipt process, we want to attach the delivery note to each receipt line.This is the current proces: We select all applicable lines in register arrivals. These lines are always from the same PO and are all on the same delivery note from the supplier. We register the arrival. Then we go to the receipt screen, and attach the delivery note to each receipt line (each different part has of course the another line)You can imagine that if there are 30 parts on the delivery note, we have to do this process of attaching the same delivery note 30 times, once for each line. Is there a way we can do this at once, or get the delivery note copied to other receipt line?For example, go to the receipt screen, select all applicable lines, RMB and attach the same document to all lines. Thanks for the help! 

What are the recommended HW requirements for APB?When loading about 200 operations into APB, APB is fast, planning is usable.When loading about 2000 operations, APB is basically unusable. Loading is incredibly long, APB often "hangs" during work, often displays "not responding".APB works locally, so the performance of the server where IFS Cloud runs will probably not be possible to adjust.Tested on 25r1 environmentThanks for any response

Version: IFS Cloud 23R2 Employee is having valid schedule. Absence Type MDL001 is configured as ‘Calendar Days’When applying this leave for half day (with either First half or Second half), it is doing wrong calculation.It is calculating Absence Duration as 0.17 Calendar Days, however it should be 0.5 days. Employee schedule is 8 hours; however system is doing calculation based on 4 hours/ 24 hours = 0.1666 days. There is another absence ‘Annual Vacation’ which is configured as ‘Working Days’, for that system is calculating half day leave correctly.The issue is happening when Absence is configured based on ‘Calendar Days’.Anyone has any idea about this issue? Hi,What is the difference between “copy customer order line” and “duplicate customer order line” within one customer order? I tried both options and when I copy the line, default info is checked as YES and I have default delivery address. But when I duplicate the line “default info” isn’t checked. But when I copy the line which has “single occurence” checked as YES, than a new line has “default info” which means delivery address is the default one but not the same as in the line from which it was copied. I am trying to find the best solution when it customes to copying the lines with the same delivery address.Thanks in advance for any clarification.

Hello Community, In order quotation screen, supplier discount is entered in each line. But in case supplier provide a lump sum discount on total quotation. How to handle it without proportionately break into line discount. With Best Reagrds,Jewel Parvez

Hello,I installed Developer Studio 18. I would like to create my own API for a custom button on the IFS interface. When I create a new project, it offers 4 options:- IFS R&D Core Project- IFS R&D Exception Project- IFS Local Exception Project- IFS Customization ProjectWhich one should I choose? In the IFS documentation, there is a section where it says to always choose: IFS R&D Exception Project because it remains even after updating the core system, but in another documentation it says the IFS Customization Project option.If I choose IFS R&D Exception Project, I can choose Release: 10, which according to IFS refers to APP10. In the case of IFS Customization Project, I was able to choose the 25R1 system, which we also have.How can I create a new package written by myself in this? and deploy it to the cloud development system that runs on Preim with us?Is there any IFS documentation about the latest program/settings/usage of Developer Studio 18?Thank you,Csaba 

We are in the process of adding country of origin data against the supplier for purchase part records however some of our suppliers, typically distributors, could supply the same part from multiple origins which they wouldn’t know until the point of dispatch.  If we were to populate the SFPP record with the most likely country of origin, is there any scope in IFS to be able to register the country of origin at goods receipt, should it differ to what has been listed on the SFPP record?  

When performing a receipt of an order based item use the Receive with Serial/Lot no button, we were used that the Order Nr would be filled in by default in Lot Batch No field But this field is no longer filled since we updated IFS to IFS version 24.2.7.  Is this a functional change in this version of IFS, or could it be a setting is changed somewhere in IFS

The goal is to establish a clear workflow that includes both employee self-assessments and Supervisor Assessments, ultimately leading to a consolidated performance review.I am looking for guidance or sample documents from anyone who has successfully configured this. Specifically, I am trying to find or create a complete set of: Configuration Guide/Checklist: A step-by-step guide on the necessary setups within IFS Applications. Data Model / Table Structure: Understanding the key tables involved (e.g., PERFORMANCE_REVIEW, PERF_ASSESSMENT_QUESTION, PERF_RATING_SCALE). Sample Workflow Definition: How the approval and notification workflow between the employee and supervisor is configured. Sample Assessment Forms: The structure for the questionnaire used in both self and supervisor evaluations. C

I’ve seen other questions or discussions but have not yet found a solution. I’m upgrading from APP9 to Cloud and plan to use part serial rename functionality after the upgrade. This is a great option for recording transactions and history of a part number and/or serial number change. However, if that part serial exists as a serial object the rename functionality cannot be used. The error says: The serial exists in Service management and cannot be renamed. Post upgrade we don’t intend to use serial object; but since we’ve been using IFS for 20 years we have thousands of serial objects already. Therefore if we need to service one of these serial objects again and it has a modification which changes the part number, we have no way to use the rename functionality. Is there a way around this issue or shortfall in IFS? Is there some cleanup that could be performed on serial objects prior to upgrading? Is there an alternative way to rename a part serial that I am not aware of?

Hi,I would like to clarify a few points regarding IFS Cloud ERP’s Sustainability and Emissions modules: I know that carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, 3) tracking is supported. But does IFS Cloud also support water footprint or soil impact tracking automatically? For example, when calculating carbon emissions for a product or operation, can IFS Cloud also measure the environmental impact of these emissions on water resources, soil, or ecosystems? Or are these types of data only possible through manual KPI definitions? Which international sustainability standards (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, CDP, SBTi, SPTI, etc.) are supported for automated reporting in Sustainability Hub or Emissions Tracker? For which standards does IFS Cloud provide built-in KPI sets, calculations, or report templates? For which ones do users need to define manual KPIs and create their own reports? Hello, Is anyone able to tell me why some resources are missing their assigned “Region” field when viewed in the Resources menu of the Scheduling workspace?Some are populated while others are not. I cannot find any differences in the creation or setup of these regions in the divisions menu.Thank you

Regardless the promise method, you can always enter the qty in customer order line greater than the available qty within DTF and PTF, in other words, the demand quantity entered in customer order line is not restricted by DTF&PTF. is this a bug or as designed? Thank you.

Hello IFS Community,I am curious if anyone else has seen this behavior and is it a bug?  When I use a data page parameter in IFS Cloud on my lobby page the result is one less than I have chosen and then again, one less when passed to the elements.  Here is the scenario:Date chosen in lobby is 01/02/2024.  Date displayed on Lobby Page is 01/01/2024:  Date passed to the element is 12/31/2023:  Has anyone else seen this? 

HI - as the title suggests, I am looking for a way to identify the exact user creation date. It seems that the creation date that can be pulled from FND_USER view can be adjusted so I am looking for a view/report that can be used to extract when a user account was created. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there an alternative for debug console in IFS Cloud 25R1? According to the online document, IFS Cloud Web DevTools extension should be the one.  But while I tried,  It was not even in the official chrome web store.  I managed to install it via the link from the technical document, but the icon appeared in gray. On any pages in IFS Cloud, an error message of “This page is not using IFS applications” popped up after clicking the extension icon.What’s my options?  best,David
