Installed the Aurena Agent last week and did some work in DocMan, no issues.
Logged in yesterday, User Settings shows Agent Available = No. Installed the agent again, worked in DocMan, no issues.
Logged in today, User Settings shows Agent Available = No.
What could be causing the need to install the agent every day?
