Hello,maybe someone can clarify for what purpose the tab “Work Orders” is needed in the form “Isolation Order”?Work orders there are attached only manually. If Work Order is connected to Isolation Order via Permit, the information of such Work Order doesn’t appear in this tab. Such connection is seen only in the form “Work Orders, Permits and Isolation Orders”, but not on Isolation Order.So I do not understand for what purpose this tab is needed in Isolation Order. Connections of Isolation Order and Work Orders that are made in this tab doesn’t apply any rules for Isolation Order and Work Orders dates too.

In the Customer screen under “Sales → Sales” you can select a default order type for that customer.I want to change it now to a different order type. After changing it, it still fetches the old one when I open a new customer order.Is this a bug? Or is there a field that overrules the order type from the customer screen?  

Hi everyone I wanted to ask how others have approached the lack of standard support for the new mandatory JPK file format  (JPK_V7M3) in IFS Applications 10.We’re currently facing this challenge and are exploring possible solutions, but I’d really appreciate hearing how you handled it in your setups. The user has requested that we only display 10 rows per page.  I have looked in Report Studio parameters and can see the setting of page break before/after but couldn’t find anywhere where I could define a page break after a set number of rows. Thank you in advance for your help/advice.

I have created a scheduled job that is supposed to run every day to archive the ROAD_DISTANCES table. Earlier, the job was running automatically as expected and During testing, I was also able to manually run the job without any issues. However, after some time, the job still shows as running (both automatically and when clicking Run Now), but the archiving does not occur.   When I use the Archiving Engine, the ROAD_DISTANCES table is archived successfully.

Hello Community,I am working with Work Order Requests in IFS Maintenance where a single Request contains multiple tasks.Currently, when the Request is released, all tasks under that Request are automatically released as well. However, from a business perspective, we would like to release the Request without releasing all associated tasks, so that tasks can be released individually at a later stage based on priority or readiness.I would like to understand:Is there any standard IFS functionality or configuration available that allows releasing individual tasks under a Request? Is this behavior by design due to the hierarchical status control between Requests and Tasks? If individual task release is not supported in standard IFS, are there any recommended functional workarounds

After receiving an OOB patch from IFS, I applied the delivered changes into our repository. However, I am currently unable to propagate these changes to the DEV environment, because IFS Developer Studio 18 (Product Version: IFS Developer Studio 18 (Build 18 2026-04-06)) appears to ignore the modified files.Observed behavior:Modified Core *.views and *.plsql files are not taken into account during generation/deployment. Even after placing the corresponding Core model files into the repository, the changed files are still ignored. The code continues to be generated according to the Core files instead of the modified repository content. In Project View, the affected files are not shown under the related entity, but only under the Other folder.Expected behavior:Files delivered in the OOB patch and applied to the repository should be recognized by Developer S

 HelloI have the following question:We can assign a default time type to a resource group, and it's applied automatically.This works perfectly with MWO.I have a calendar option in Time Type, but I can't seem to configure it. My situation is as follows:1. A single resource group.2. A time type is automatically added based on the schedule.Is it possible to automatically register multiple time types with a single resource group?The time types would be:a) Regular Scheduleb) Weekendc) OvertimeCould the task costs be dynamic depending on the schedule? Hi All, I have a concern with Auto-time functionality in MWO. If a technician work from 15.00 to 19.00 (2 hours normal time 2 hours over time), it is fetched to the system as 4 hours only. Two split into two different time types, technician has to split the time by editing. To do that he needs to keep the work task after completion.Further, we cannot select time type when we complete the work with auto time enabled. We can only select a time type when we editing the times.How others work with auto time in different scenarios?TIA.

HI,Is there a way to make a group on a page default to be visible without having to use the dropdown arrow to see the group?Example:On this page, the Details group does not show until you use the drop down to open the group. Would like to open this page and see the details. Thanks,Jo
