Hello We have customer order below. The net amount/base is 186,370.78 CAD  However, the planned revenue in Project Monitoring is 189,839.39 .  Since planned revenue is expected revenue, shouldn’t it be the same as the customer order net amount/base? What is the interpretation of planned revenue if it differs from the order net amount/base? Any inpout/thoughts would be appreciated.  

Morning Guys,We are having problem with 2 pages (Customer Order and Purchase Order), when some users tries to attach a file, they get the error below. We expend a lot of time on this, testing all solution proposed here in the community. Hello,We are trying to set up an action who sends an email to the supplier for UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REP report.  Why are the PDF_PARAMETERS all empty ?Looking at:https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/24r2/Procurement/AboutEmailReports.htmI do not see anything about the values for Suppliers Payment Advice 

Our customer is facing an issue in IFS Applications 10 related to Payment Reference validation when generating ISO20022 payment files.For ISO20022 payment files, they need the Payment Reference (not the Invoice Number) to be populated as remittance information.To achieve this, they have set the following:Company → Invoice → Supplier Invoice Validation Method = UsedHowever, Once Supplier Invoice Validation Method is set to Used, IFS enforces validation on the Payment Reference field in the Manual Supplier Invoice page as the validation allows only numeric values.In order to bypass this validation, they have also enabled “Do Not Validate Payment Reference" option at the supplier level > Invoice > General. But it does not seem to work.Is there any workaround or configuration that allows alphanumeric payment references without disabling the company‑level validation?

Hi,Is there a way to mass close shop orders that are still open in IFS Cloud? Specifically, there are older shop orders in Started or Parked status that are already completed in terms of quantity, or cannot be closed due to issues such as control plan errors.These shop orders need to be closed without generating additional system transactions, as that could impact financial records.If mass closing is not possible, deleting the shop orders would also be acceptable.I have already checked the “Mass Delete Shop Orders and Clockings” option; however, it requires the shop orders to be either Cancelled or Closed before they can be processed.Thank You.

We have a company in France that invoices customer project using AD invoices for pre shipment.When the goods are shipped, we create a CD invoice and show on the document the related payments for the AD invoices, leaving a remaining total to be paidFor the remaining total we use the instalment function on the CD invoice to create the payment “stages”. The issue we have in France is, we cannot set an instalment payment date greater than 60 days from the CD invoice date, this is legally not allowed in France.As a workaround, we cancel the CD invoice and manually create II invoices with future dates.We are happy using AD and CD invoicing and do not want to move to staged billing. Has anyone experienced this issue?I was thinking of trying manual customer invoicing instead of II invoices, would they still be connected with the customer order and project?We also have the issue of E-invoicing becoming mandatory in France

Hello,We have a situation where an invoice was booked to a prepaid account in November 2015 and amortized using period allocation vouchers over the next 2 years.  The company currency is CAD.  The manual voucher to book the prepaid expense and the period allocation vouchers were booked with USD currency code.  The manual voucher shows USD in both the currency code part and currency code fields.  The period allocation vouchers show USD as the currency code but the currency code part is blank.  Even though the overall balance in the account is zero, because there is a debit balance in the account with USD currency code part and a credit for the same amount in the account with a blank currency code part, the account with USD balance is being revalued every month. Has anyone seen this before?  Is there a way to fix this is the system

Hi, I need to know how to use information sources in power bi, i can’t open examples from doc.ifs. Could any one explain it? I don’t have licences for analasys service I use fact transfer by excel but i don’t know how to use it in power bi.

Hello! Could you please advise how we can populate the used cost field for sub contract line items in project connections/ project forecast. For POs this field is populated when the receipt is recorded. But for sub-contracts it does not populate when the valuation is certified even though the certified amount gets removed from the committed cost figure. Appreciate any input on this. Thank you! 

I am trying to submit an invitation to the supplier from the sub contract. After the award dialog, I get a toast message that the invite has been sent. However, the email in the Supplier Contact is not receiving an email and I don’t see anything in Application Messages.SMTP is configured (we tested it using custom events and sending reports) The Supplier has an active contact with a valid email address The sub contract is in Submitted status and has lines The sub contract revision is activeAre there any other settings that I should check?

Hi IFS Community, This request relates to how cash discounts are applied.Currently, we have customer agreements that offer a 1% discount if payment is made within 10 days. This discount is intended to apply only to parts, not to freight charges. However, when payments are processed, IFS calculates the discount at the total invoice level, which includes freight. As a result, the discount is slightly overstated on each invoice.To correct this, the discount must be manually adjusted on an invoice-by-invoice basis, impacting approximately 300 to 500 invoice lines each week and taking about three hours to complete.Ideally, we would like to configure IFS so that the 1% discount is applied only to part lines and excludes freight charges. This would ensure that payment amounts match invoice totals accurately and eliminate the need for manual adjustments.Is it possible to achieve this in IFS Apps 10 IEE or IFS Cloud without requiring a system modification?

Hi all,I’m looking for some guidance on how to handle availability controls linked to MRB Head records.We recently introduced a new availability control rule (PACKAGING_QA) to block part movement. While reassigning dependencies, we found that the old rule (“Packaging QA”) is still referenced by several records in MRB Head, so there is no way for me to delete this old rule.The issue is that the MRB Case screens do not provide any option to update the Availability Control ID. However, querying the SQL view mrb_head confirms the old rule is still associated with those records. Has anyone encountered this before, or can advise on the correct IFS approach for this situation? Thanks
