At the moment whilst creating a custom command using Navigation Link there are no options to navigate to this page via a new tab, the new tab functionality works for the external navigation option.Is it possible to add this functionality in via a check box within the Page Designer?

Hi,I created the following custom menu in TECH CMB environment, but I was unable to do the proper transfer and destination window ended up with empty results.  Even though the ‘Work Task Window’ shows the ‘test menu’ when RMB, the proper transfer is not happening. Task SEQ - 162663MCH_CODE = 6600-1In database Jt_Task_Utility_API.Get_Actual_Object_Id(task_seq) returns 6600-1 correctly. My question is, Have I done something wrong when creating the ‘Source Key Name’?Even the method ‘Jt_Task_Utility_API.Get_Actual_Object_Id’ is not getting called here

Hi,I am trying to invoke a REST endpoint using OAuth2 Client credentials in IFS Cloud 22R2. But it ends up with a 401 Unauthorized access error.It works in Postman for the below configuration.Does anyone have an idea of what I am missing? Or anything else that I could check to figure out what is going wrong? Any help is much appreciated.I’ve tried out some of the things mentioned in earlier community posts, but with no luck yet. One thing I could notice was that the “Client Authentication” in Postman config is set as “Send as Basic Auth Header” and when I changed it to “Send client credentials in body” the retrieval of the token didn’t work and I wonder if IFS by default use that Client Authentication type. Thank you

Is there a way to expose an IAL in a projection or query builder to be called to read data through GET API? I was not able to find a way to do that ? is this something possible ?

Just wondering whether IFS has any method of accessing IALs via API? I am thinking for internal uses, it’d be nicer to query the API directly to pull the IAL query data rather than having to run a migration job and then transfer/FTP etc. the file to another location. If its not possible yet, how have others integrated data from IFS into other applications besides using migration jobs to export CSV files etc.? Do Boomi and Mulesoft perform this function or do they only have access to the existing API endpoints?

Hello IFS Community,I am curious if anyone else has seen this behavior and is it a bug?  When I use a data page parameter in IFS Cloud on my lobby page the result is one less than I have chosen and then again, one less when passed to the elements.  Here is the scenario:Date chosen in lobby is 01/02/2024.  Date displayed on Lobby Page is 01/01/2024:  Date passed to the element is 12/31/2023:  Has anyone else seen this? 

I have a Quick report that shows email addresses from a table view.  I would like to only list out the domain ie all characters after the “@” character.Looked at TRIM, but that seem not to work

I have imported the "fr" translated package and it has translated all the fields except the custom field. I created a custom field to display on the "Customers" list screen.After that, I added a translation for this field. However, even after refreshing the language cache, the translation is still not appearing on the screen.

Hi, Was getting error F1mage failed to sign client while delivery deployment. When i tried to run the F1mage manually below given error is coming. If I copy the runtime to another machine and then run F1mage then it works but then because its not updating client.war file user machine is not downloading latest dlls.  Does anyone know the reason for this error or how to manually run F1mage client and update client.war in windows installation?  Regards,Sahil Gupta

Hi,As the original topic (Quick Reports as REST Datasource Disappearing) was closed I needed to ask in this form.@hansend, @ReinierHulsman, @Thomas Langenberg, @DHCRADPA : Have you managed to find some stable solution since - maybe with a later Service Pack (UPD23 is the current one)?What I am primarily interested in:Is the reason for QRs as REST datasource becoming unavailable still mystic or is it just because underlying structures were changed?In the second case I dare to rely on them, otherwise we need to find another solution.

For one of our customers who is on IFS Cloud, IFS Notify Me app had been set up and trialled for the past few weeks which worked fine. However, since a few days ago, when logging into the app, it crashes when it starts to sync. This happens without any warning and the app just simply closes off. All environments (both prod and non-prod) have this issue. The internal IT team has verified that no changes to the network or the servers have been carried out lately. The issue does not exist in other customers’ environments. Has anyone experienced this issue or something similar? Any hunches on what may be going on / remedies to try out? Thanks in Advance! 

I’m building a custom external integration for IFS Cloud, using the OData REST APIs. I have some projections that seem to be working fine, for example, if I specify a valid CustomerId to this endpoint, https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CustomersHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='VALID-ID'), I get valid data back. However, I have some projections that are always returning ODP_RESOURCE_NOTFOUND. For example, I’ve tried a variety of ways to get the data for a Shipment. https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentHandling.svc/ShipmentSet(ShipmentId=1) and https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentsHandling.svc/Reference_Shipment(ShipmentId=1), even tried getting the overview list of shipments using https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentsHandling.svc/OverviewShipmentSet, but that returns this:{  "@odata.context": "https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplicati

The Action Buttons are created in PRD environment with External Navigation, to keep the "source page" open for the end user and then open the destination page in a new browser tab.The issue here is when we clone from PRD environment has been applied to the Test Environment and the same Action Button  is then used in Test Environment. Instead of opening the applicable destination page in Test Environment in a new browser tab, but the destination page is opened with PRD.How can we avoid having the destination page hardcoded in the AB and instead having the AB understand which environment it is being used in and then open the destination page in the corresponding environment?Any help would be highly appreciated.Thanks!.

During the initial installation the DB appowner name was changed from IFSAPP to SYS1APP.Since IFSAPP is needed for IFS Managed Cloud, what needs to be done to change it back to IFSAPP?

I have customized a IFSCloud 23R1 standard report and when finalizing the development normally the report model, schema, rdf and the layout (optional) need to be committed to the solution repository.Schema is generated based on the model but the rdf has manual changes with my customized business logic.If I commit the report model file to the repo , it might regenerate the rdf again during a sanity build.a marble code as below will also not work I guess.codegenproperties {   GenerateRdf  "no";} I can commit only the rdf and schema and finalize my work but report model file should be in version controlled to align with future core update changes.I want to know whether the report model will be included for the build for code generation in a sanity build (but we still commit the schema  file into the repo although it generate based on model).In that case any way  to force framework to skip generating rdf  from the report model?@ChanakaAmarasekara ,your input would be really helpfulThank yo

We are upgrading to cloud and we read a community post that hinted that IFS was making customer change their app owner names from a custom name defined in the interface to IFSAPP. Is this true? If not is this “recommended”? Does IFS support have a standard document that would guide us in the right direction in making a decision?Our technical resource said that when he was running the pre-scripts that he was able to modify them to account for our custom app owner name. If it helps we are going to be a remote installation (on-prem).
