Hi,I encountered a case and would appreciate any insights or advice.I’m working with a user interaction workflow that displays a user task. This workflow is triggered after the “Save Order Address” event, specifically when the Delivery Address Dialog “OK” command is executed. After triggering, the workflow calls my custom API to validate the address and then updates the address again through the workflow.Most of the time it runs smoothly, but occasionally I see two issues: An error dialog appears right when the user task is displayed. The Delivery Address Dialog becomes stuck after clicking “OK,” preventing the page from refreshing properly. Hello every one, We are using IFS to generate our invoices (no Crystal Reports involved).We are currently experiencing performance issues when printing invoices — it takes at least 5 seconds per invoice, even when there is only a single line. We also noticed that the IFS Print Agent is not installed.From the documentation I reviewed, I understand that the PDF is generated by IFS and then processed by the IFS Print Agent.We have already increased the reporting ren pod to 10 GB, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or can provide some guidance please? Thank’s in advance.

Is it possible to copy a report? I’ve tried exporting a report and the re-importing it into a new layout, but it errors. Some backend SQL error.Any thoughts on this?

When we log in to the Lifecycle Experience Center, we are required to perform MFA authentication.I understand that this MFA authentication is a setting on the Microsoft Entra ID side.Previously, MFA authentication could be performed via SMS, etc.However, it seems that the use of Microsoft Authenticator is now mandatory. After researching, I found that Entra ID has a setting called "Registration campaign," and if this is set, the use of Microsoft Authenticator is required.To change this setting, it seems that at least the role of authentication policy administrator is required.If a customer wants to change this setting, can they do so on their side?

Hi All, So we want to prompt the user if they have done something before they complete their work assignment.We’ve got a pop up to appear that asks the question, if the select Yes, that’s fine… continue to “Report In.” However, if they select “No”, we want it to return to the “Work Details” screen.Is this possible? Pop up... If they toggle “Yes” on, we want to proceed as normal. If they don’t, it should return to the screen that it was called from.Kind Regards,James

We are updating our security and roles in and have created a role to create projects, but the role cannot create Financial Projects and we cannot figure out what controls allowing the user to create a Financial project with the error message about the GL.  Please help!  We are in Apps10 Aurena.

Hello Team, IFS Cloud - Is there a way to add a custom attribute in dialog window ? If so can anyone let me know how to achieve this? FYI - Added a custom field in Expense sheet details but while modifying the record it does open a dialog so unable to edit the custom field as it doesnt appear in the window. Hi Team, We got the below error when loading the Purchase Requisition Lines page.Reducer action failed (METADATA_SET_DATA) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'content')However, when we unpublished the page configurations done for ‘PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling' projection, we could load the Purchase Requisition Lines page without any errors.But if enable the page designer on unpublished page error appears again. Hello.I’ve been investigating the possibility of utilizing an alert type Message Box after a supervisor has authorized a Travel Request to remind them of the need to also Select the travel request so the subordinate can proceed with creating an expense sheet. I’ve tried searching the community as well as asking Copilot for details and I’ve read that it might be possible to apply a Message Box to a Command via the Page Designer? Is this an option in Cloud, or is the only option to utilize these via Workflows as I’ve seen some users in the Community suggest. If this is possible, what options do we have and what would be the best way to go about doing this? Thank you in advance.

They log into their domain-joined Windows machine. The same credentials should be passed automatically to IFS via ADFS. No username or password should be manually entered.

Hi everyone,I’m currently using IFS Developer Studio with the “FlatLaf Dark” profile, and I noticed that some keywords, especially in Entity and Report files, are quite hard to read due to their current colors in the editor.I have looked through the settings but couldn’t find an option to customize these keyword colors. Good Day,We have some accounts that uses database authentication and those users are getting the Server Error 500 intermittently when trying to log into IFS (users using AD authentication is fine). The MIddleware Server Admin Console doesn’t show anything wrong and I’ve even reset their oracle profile to default, but it keeps happening. Hello, I tried to add Custom Fields to the SourceLinesAvailableForShipment, “Available Lines for Shipments” in the navigator.Page InfoPreviously in Apps 10 the View for this LU was SOURCE_LINE_SHIPMENT_ALT and was associated to the LU CustomerOrderLine. My goal is to migrate the Custom Fields from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud. I could not find any other entity that has the SOURCE_LINE_SHIPMENT as an additional view.In the Entity Configuration there is no entry for SourceLinesAvailableForShipment. Hello IFS Community,I am trying to change an operation (Report Picking), and I am receiving the following error message:“There is no shipment location defined for site SC-CP.”    => IFS24 R2 

I hope there is simple answer to this question that is escaping me due to Aurena being new.  In V9, we have a simple date search that is the equivalent of <#TODAY#+56 for the criteria.When doing this in Aurena, it is an In range function, so understand that, however, I can’t make the suggested values selection use within the basic search drop down.This should be translated the same as my criteria above, but it gives an invalid format error. However, knowing how JSON is supposed to work, it is case sensitive.  If I go to Advanced filter and modify the criteria just to change 56D to 56d, the filter works. (PartNoRef/PlannerBuyer = '#USER_ID#') AND PropStartDate >= '#TODAY#' AND PropStartDate <= '56d'But…..I don’t want to use this as a solution fo

WebsocketHowever, there is no such explicit documentation in IFS Cloud, making it difficult to determine what load balancer features to use.If layer 4 is acceptable, it would be cheaper, and since it would eliminate the need for SSL certificates, we expect there would be fewer configuration locations even if SSL certificate expiration dates are shortened in the future.Which load balancer are you using, a layer 4 or a layer 7 load balancer?Regards.
