Hello all!  I have created a custom tab in the Project Navigator that displays the Project Connections (tbwOverviewProjConnDetails) related to the Project.  Is there a way to limit the display on this overview to items with object_type ‘Activity%’?  Is there a way to default the information on this tab to the results of a custom search or something?

I am getting the following error when I right click on the expense report right clicks it and chooses “Mail Expense Form”.  An error pops up saying “Your default mail client either isn’t set or can’t handle the request”.Any idea?

Since the cloud managed services options are limited to Oracle file storage (no network) what would be the option of integration via text/csv files with other systems (i.e. HR, Payroll, Projects, Shipping you name it, also cloud managed)? Setting up drop-zones for various integrated systems as Oracle paths brings up another question. How does one post files there, and how does one extract results? There are further limitations in using reverse proxy authentication for that, which does not offer access to oracle port .. and thus any oracle hits  will need to come via local network or VPN. Since I can’t have a VPN with every 3rd party solution providers, how do I bring them to the local network?Hope it makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll rephrase :) Please let me know.

Hello everyone, Is anyone know how to create a user with all priviliges are same with IFSAPP ?I want to use that user to connect database in IFS Developer Studio and develope anything.I duplicate IFSAPP and create new user.  But I’m getting some errors which mean the user cannot access some sys packages. You can see example in attachments .Do I have to grant for these packages one by one?

Dear team, I am completely new to IFS ERP. And here is a something I am struggling with.Do we have any mechanism in IFS ERP similar to that SAP ERP where we record screen and playback them to automate iterative processes. We have requirement to generate large amount of test data in a day or so. We are using traditional UI automation which is taking huge amount of time to navigate through all screens in scope and then create something usable. Appreciate if you have great ideas to make this easy. Please note that we are not using IFS Aurena.

Using all available options to find support.  Running IFS Apps10 UPD8We recently moved our document management repository from Database to Shared Directory.  An unexpected problem came out of that.  A scheduled migration job we were using to clean up- bad doc man entries prior to the move (because they caused the migration to fail) was run in PROD and while it worked with the database repository, under Shared Directory - it deleted all of our document management entries.This happened over the weekend.  When it was discovered this morning, we shut all users out and we are trying to recover.  I have an open case with IFS but I’m going on 3 hours with no response.  We did confirm the documents are still in the shared directory, so it looks like on the db records were cleared.I do have IT restoring a weekend back that happened just prior to this happening.  From what I can tell, the views (really their underlying tables) I need to recover are:DOC_

Issue: After logging in to IFS Application 10, a white screen appears and no data is loaded.We use: IFS Application 10 on  Chrome.We tried: Open in different browser, but without change, only a white screen appears after logging in.What could be the fault?Thank you very much in advance.

Hi I have created a Excel Report Plugin Layout which is producing an xml file containing the data that I require but when I open it in Excel I can see that there are duplicate columns (screenshot 2).Looking at the XML (screenshot 1) it has a ExpandedColumnCount of 67 but there are actualy only 18 columns of data. Hi community, Help would be appreciated since I can not resolve myself this issue.I am installing IFS 10 UPD10 as a demo environment on a Windows virtual machine. I have done the process many times (Oracle, IFS, UPD, self-certificate)...I’m currently having issue while launching IFS Enterprise Explorer: getting Error 500. IFS Aurena seems ok. I have already cleared cache in AppData and check security boxes in advanced security. I am trying to save output as FILE using the Simple Excel Plugin . It does not appear to be creating any file. I have set the tried with UNC path and IFS unix mount path but nothing works. 

we are not able to login  in IFS it says already that user logged in another PC .even not logged on any other PC  in IFS9 Any idea to resolve  the same
