Hello,
One of our customers is using Cisco Quality Management tool in order to record for their phone calls and screen activity. They are on IFS Applications 9 Update 10.
When they trying to run the Cisco QM with IFS Applications on Windows 10 version 20H2, IFS application eventually hangs. But, IFS application works perfectly fine without the Cisco QM installed.
However, if they run Cisco QM with IFS Applications on Windows 10 version LTSB, they both work perfectly fine.
According supported windows versions below for IFS Applications 9, Windows 10 version 20H2 is not yet supported for the customer since they are on Update 10.
This could be due to the Windows 10 version 20H2 not being compatible with IFS Applications Update 10 or it could be Cisco QM. I’ve already asked the customer to raise a ticket to Cisco.
Has anyone come across similar issues before?
