Hi! Does anyone know a way to edit/delete separate bookmarks in a bookmark group? If you have a bookmark group and want to remove a single bookmark in it, it seems that the only option is to remove the whole group?UPD13 Aurena is the version I have tested with.BR /Eva

Hi All,  Are there any tools available to automate the IFS load and functional testing? Best RegardsAsanga

Is there a available REST API we can use to authenticate IFS user. Basically give ifs user id and password as basic auth and check user is a valid ifs user or not. I’m using App10 UPD9.

Hello, I would like to know how best to update an existing QFACT ? We have updated the underlying IAL by adding in fields and we now need to add these fields to the existing QFACT.  I thought of : Go into Light items or Measure items of the QFACT (depending whether the field you want to add is text or numeric) and then chose Add New. I cannot see any other area or link that would allow me to add fields. I am not sure if another way exists. Many thanks Sabine

Hi,I need to modify an information source, however once created there is no option to move it back to draft status so it can be modified or deleted.I have looked in all the info source related pages and can’t find anything. Many thanksRodolfo

IFS has been set to ‘remember password’ for log in for multiple environments. The user is able to log in by updating the field with the correct password, but it doesn't remember the change the next time they log in and they have to re-enter it again. In addition to that when de-selecting ‘Remember Password’ and logging in and back out, it reverts to remember password and goes back to remembering a previous password, not the newest. Has anyone seen this issue? Any idea of some possible fix?

Hi We are using IFS Apps 8, and when using IE browser IFS opens seamlessly, however with browsers like Chrome it will drop the application manifest file Ifs.Fnd.Explorer to the bottom of the screen and the user then needs to click on this to open IFS.  Is there a way to use newer browsers such as Chrome but ensure the manifest file isn’t downloaded but users are taken straight to the login page? Any guidance would be appreciated Regards Shaun

Recent pages wouldn't open in full screen and when minimized they turn black.Any suggestions ?

Hi all,  I have a customer order that has two charge lines.  Only one the top charge type is appearing on the Invoice operational report. I am using the stock IFS fields for the Charge_type and Charge_Description on my report. Is there a way for me to show both on the customer invoice report? Thanks,  Eli Williams

Can someone guide me on deleting a lobby that was accidentally imported twice?

HiWe are currently in the progress of upgrading from Apps 8 to Apps 10. In Apps 8 we have a customisation which sends the mobile engineers a SMS when a work order is assigned to them via IFS MWOThe solution calls command_sys.send_sms_message() which is obsolete in Apps 10. Is there a workaround to allow this functionality in Apps 10?RegardsShaun

Hi, We are moving to Aurena from EE - Apps 10 UPD12. Our environment is cloud hosted by IFS.We traditionally send supervisors to the absence calendar when reviewing an anuual leave request. We have found if we link to the year view, the current month is “Selected” in some way and is greyed so you can’t see any leave in that month. If we send to the month view, when the manager clicks on a confirmed leave, the visible button in the dialog is “Cancel Confirmation” when it would make more sence for it to be “Approve” which we can access by clicking the 3 dots. When you click on Confirmed Leave. Is there a way we can  adjust the order of the buttons so that the Approve option shows as a button? We don’t give supervisors the “Cancel Confirmation” action anyway but the button is still there.

HiI want to configure IFS9 with proxy server to expose b2b/b2e URL to internet. So I created new domain: pp.nazwa.pl with redirection on proxy server to application server(SSL Offloading HTTPS -> Proxy -> HTTP).On proxy trusted certificate was uploaded. Everything works fine beside two our customizations which make connection to outside https URL(https://aaa.pl and https://bbb.pl) and get data. What I did:IFS9 reconfiguration done. SSL is off, redirect URL is set to: https://pp.nazwa.pl ACL list is configured: for *.pp.nazwa.pl for port 443, 58443 Oracle version: WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.2.170418(64bit):25632533 Oracle wallet created and all certificate chain imported for pp.nazwa.pl without last one *.nazwa.pl plsqlap_environment_tab: CONN_STR -> https://pp.nazwa.pl/fndext/soapgateway, SSL_WALLET_PATH -> file:C:\Oracle\owm and also SSL_WALLET_PASSWORD(is it needed?)... but I have got still error:ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-29259: end-of-input reachedfor this sel

Dear Community!Passwords for IFSAPP, IFSSYS, IFSADMIN and IFSPRINT had been changed on the system. After this, the MainServer tells me the following"fndbasXA_main": ORA-28000: The account is locked Which account is this? As I can see from the DB, no IFS necessary accounts are locked. I already restarted the MainServer and then the whole IFS MWS.No change.Which account is this??? There is no hint for that.Kind regardsTobias

Hi,we are facing with lot of errors with Conditional compilation when using $IF Component_Fisnot_SYS.INSTALLED $THEN NULL;$ENDProgrammers are forgetting to create ELSE branch very often and because is not possible to test it easily (remove that module to test if it works), problems firstly occurs on customer side. Is there some list of “must have” modules in every installation?eg. there is always FNDBAS, ENTERP, … Because for them is unnecessary doing checks. And it means less errors.

When printing a report we get an error like “Unpredictable runtime error is caught. See the nested exception. Caused by: Java heap space” how can we increase Java heap space hen printing.we are using ifs app 10 update 12

I have a Lobby page with Customer as one of the page parameters. My Lobby also has an element that jumps to Not Pick Reported Pick List Lines page. I want to jump to that page with filtering of the records using Lobby page’s Customer value. In the element parameters, I have defined the Web URL according to the IFS documentation guideline:page/NotReportedDetailedPickListLines/List;$filter=ReceiverID eq $Customer$Here is the documentation I’m referring to:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/045_administration_aurena/220_Configuration/800_lobby/850_lobby_navigation_guidline/default.htmBut when I click the element, it jumps to the correct page but the Customer value is not passed at all. Instead it is just $Customer$ Any tips what I should try next?IFS Aurena framework version: 10.13.19.0IFS Aurena client version: 10.13.120.0IFS OData provider version: 10.13.1.0

IFS10 added timestamp with dates in several places, that is a problem for our users (currently in IFS8), who download this data into .txt and feed to several other programs they use. we are moving to IFS10-UPD9Is there a quick way I can fix it in the screen itself using advanced sql, conditional formatting, custom field, properties/layout, any settings at system/basic data level that will not slow down the screen tremendously as they download monthly data which could be thousands and thousands of rows. The only other way I can think of is writing a quick report for users dumping this screen with turnc(). and then i am looking at creating several new quick reports that are just mimicking screen minus the timestamp. Does not look very efficinet. any pointers will be hlepful.thanks

Hi,Is it possible to prevent all emails being sent in Apps10? That includes from Statement of Account and from the Print Dialog screen of of Project Invoices etc.(everywhere basically)..

Trying to change the password in Aurena (IFSCLOUD) is resulting in the following error Unable to fulfill the request due to unexpected server state.        Url: https://dewbo-icl-tmi.waldbronn.polytec.de/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/UserHandling.svc/SetUserPassword        Date = 2022-01-07T14:06:31.530Z        Request Id = 092ea252-4591-404a-8bdc-c6e77fc433ff        Client version = 21.1.5.20210806072818.0 Unfortunately, this does not really help.Where can I look for the proper error? Or is something wrong here? This is a remote installed Cloud environment on customer servers. In the log window you can see the following15:10:12 ERROR - ODP_ILLEGAL_STATE: (Server Error) Unable to fulfill the request due to unexpected server state.Unable to fulfill the request due to unexpected server state. undefined15:10:12 ERROR - Command error: (ODP_ILLEGAL_STATE) - Unable to fulfill the request due to unexpected server state., details: undefined undefined15:10:12 DEBUG - CMD(1): Error: Unable to

In Apps 10, does PDF_REPORT_CREATED event triggers every time any operational report is printed?I am trying to send an email when Instant Invoice is printed from RMB Print Invoice option in Instant Invoice form, but it is not triggering the event action. Event action is set to ‘enable’.PDF_REPORT_CREATED is connected to PrintJob LU and when printing a document, a Print Job is not created. But record in Report Archive is created. But when I select an emailing option such as Email Order in Purchase Order, it creates a Print Job hence PDF_REPORT_CREATED event is triggered and email is sent out.Thank you.

One of our Customers need to add some Custom fields on a few IFS Cloud screens (Aurena, or Aurena B2B) but looks like it is not possible.I’ve referred this to Supply Chain Product team (via JIRA Project SC Support - Distribution) and they said the mentioned objects and virtuals not entities in the data model. So, they suggested referring this to framework team to see if there is a feature given by the framework to enable custom fields for virtual tables. Can someone from Framework team can advise whether it would be possible to enable custom fields on below objects?- Aurena B2B - we would like to customize Entity QuotationLineVirtual, but is it not on the list of Entities- Aurena - we would like to customize DocumentFileVirtual, but it is not on the list of Entities
