Hi Community!When using IFS Enterprise Explorer and specific events you can create stream messages for specific things.E.g. this event PUR_REQ_LINE_TO_BE_AUTHORIZED will create a new message/notification for a certain user.BEGIN   Pur_Req_Notification_API.Register_Notifications(&REQUISITION_NO, '&AUTHORIZE_ID', '&BUYER');END; This normally leads to an information in the streams in IEE or in the Notify me App.When using this functionality and clicking on it in the streams notificiation, you will end up in IEE opening a browser.No matter if it is an “element” or a webpage Default browser in IPE is set to Microsoft Edge

In the Suppliers screen in our DEV environment of Apps10 the “Address Type” dropdown in “Address”-”General Address Info” is blank for every supplier.It should display this list Delivery Document Visit PaySee attached image. It is displaying that list in our PROD environment.I tried debugging it but it didn’t help much.

Is it possible to select the default selection in a “Question Message” as “No” so that if they press Enter key “No” is validated rather than the current default value “Yes”?Can the customer configure the default selected button by themselves?

Hi All,I tried sending an email through a custom event. But when the custom event is triggered the mail is not sent for any of the relevant users. The event action has the following setup  Setup IFS Connectivity has the following. And when I check in the Application Messages it is showed that the event is triggered with all the relevant data related to the event. Hi,I have transferred a custom tab from IEE client to Aurena. I am now trying to convert the RMB to commands in Aurena.I have added the api to the projection configuration. Then gone to Sub Contract and added a new command - ExecuteAction under the new list I created. I pick the action but when it comes to the Parameter mappings I am unsure what values I should be picking? The parameter list only gives me the following: The context Value gives me the following: Any help would be much appreciated.

I created a report rule to send email to the AR contact.For the action property E-mail (Action Type = Preselect property) I wrote a Select query to fetch the AR contact’s e-mail address. When the Select query results out more than one e-mail address when there are more than one AR contacts, (or When I give two e-mail addresses separated by a semi colon ; ) ,the report rule is taking only the first e-mail address while it’s executing.Is there any possibilities to get more than one e-mail addresses while the report rule is executing?  Any help would be appreciated.Thank you!

Hello, I am working on integrating Purchase Order Processing with one of our vendors electronically, thru an integration tool (BizTalk).I have queried out the PO data that I need to transmit, and for invoices I intend to use the ReceiveEInvoice Web Service/BizAPI.But I would also like to automate the Register Purchase Order Arrivals and the Reporting Reserved Quantities as picked thought the Quick Order Flow Handling, as the vendor will be providing a ‘shipments’ payload. Before I open up the Debug Console and manually do those steps capturing the PL/SQL to replicate in my own PL/SQL package called from my integration tool, is anyone aware of any webservice or BizAPI call that I could utilise for this?Or any other advice or suggestions on this task?Thank-youRegardsPaul

Hi For several of our customizations, we use built in packages/procedures such as Error_SYS.Appl_General to throw errors in the IFS client and stop what a user is doing if they/what theyre doing do not meet our criteria. How can we accomplish this in Aurena? I have not had any success using these procedures as part of our custom commands.We are using IFS 10.8Thank you in advance

I am trying to create a Custom Field within the Case that pulls a Custom field from another Screen. I am fairly new to IFS development and mostly self taught so this has confused me as other fields that i created in a similar way to this have worked. Table 1 = cc_case_cfvTable 2 = Location I am wanting field (CF$_TEAM) to display in the CC_CASE_CFV where there is a match on CF$_Delivery_Location_ID (Case Screen) to Location_ID (Location Screen) This is my Select Statment: SELECT CF$_TEAM FROM LOCATION WHERE LOCATION_ID = :CF$_DELIVERY_LOCATION_ID what would I enter into the argument?  

 Dear Community,  We try to build new interfaces with Dell Boomi, but we faced some strange issues with the connection. We have a connection to access several projections of the IFS10  (e.g., ActivityIntegration, EmployeesHandling ) When we run the Dell Boomi process sometimes, our configuration just works without any issue: Sometimes, however, we receive error messages when we run the exactly same process. Hi,   I am building some lobbies in IFS 10 and I would like to know if it is possible to use a predefined list of values to use in the lobby filter parameter. For example, if you want to filter by site, you would get a LOV on the parameter filter with the available sites in the system.  Another interesting filter at the lobby level would be to have the calendar option available, whenever you wish to filter a parameter by date. Does anyone know how to do this or if it’s possible?

When I’m trying to export/import a Custom Enumeration from one environment to another using ACP, I’m getting this error.Anyone familiar with this? A lobby from the lobby view .So if we install a new UPD , does the removed entity gets appear again or ill it not since the settings will get saved in to the profile ?

I have created a report for a label (75mm x 205mm). As a PDF preview it is displayed correctly, but when I print it directly from Applications 9 to a Toshiba barcode printer, only a section of the label is printed rotated by 90°. Various settings in the Report Designer have not brought any success.A printout from the PDF viewer on the Toshiba barcode printer is correct. Hello,We have some users who are missing the Navigation bar at the top of their Aurena screen. Others have seen it missing and come back upon later logins. We have tried clearing browser history, cache, and used different browsers, but can’t come up with a definitive answer yet. Has anyone else run across this and documented a fix? My assumption is that it’s something simple, but we can’t put our finger on it. Nav Bar being referred toAny help is appreciated. Thanks,Jeff Nattermann

Hi,I am working to setup an auto-email invoice. My backend support team has confirmed the event is turned on. The customer setup appears to be correct?  The order history tells me that an invoice has been sent, but I am not receiving an email. What steps would to recommend to begin troubleshooting? I am unfamiliar with events in IFS.Also, where can I view a history of invoices that HAVE been auto-emailed? Best Regards

HiHopefully someone can point me in the right direction. 2 of my colleagues have somehow minimized their view on sub-contracts lines and we cannot seem to able to revert it back. Below is a screen shot of their view and I have marked with a red arrow where they are trying to expand, but when they hover in between the sections they do not get the option to drag back down.Has anyone come across this before and is there a way to resolve it without having to reset their profiles? 

 Dear all,I think I have a setup problem of some sort as I am unable to preview documents (see example in print screen above). The documents are created as I can email them to myself but would like to preview them on the screen. Can you please advise on how to solve this? Many thanks!
