We are implementing Apps 10 and I’m trying to get barcode labels to print using the Script plugin. I’ve created a RPL file, added the layout to the ‘Handling Unit Content Label’ report.     I can use Order Report to request the label and it will say it’s completed     Where I think I’m getting stuck is how do you map the Logical Printer to the physical printer in this case? I’ve been through the F1 Technical Docs a number of times and to me it’s not clearly spelled out how this happens. Also this is in a IFS hosted cloud installation if that makes a difference.

When working with IFS Cloud, I want my Page to auto-refresh upon successful execution of a Custom Command (Serve the same Functionality as below Check box in Custom Menu screen in IFS APPS10)? Can this be done? 

Hi,Please see screenshot below. Could you please confirm that the LINKS element does not include a next page functionality?As you can see in the screenshots the lobby element presented in the lobby is not showing the next page functionality. I have included 9 links in the definition of the Element and only 6 links are shown.So the user is not aware that there is more document linked to this element because the further pages display is not shown in the bottom right corner of the element.A double clicking in the element box is not ideal because it is something that not everybody is going to do to find out that there are more document links.Many thanks for your advise.  

Hi all,Apps 10, upd 11.Bit of an odd use case but i was wondering if anyone knows how to hide a lobby element from a group of users but not the rest?Cant do it via profile to my knowledge.Have tried it via permission set by hiding the element ID presentation object but that does nothing. Seems to be once they have the lobby granted to them then it doesnt matter if they have the permission to view the element itself.Im trying to avoid duplicating lobbies for the sake of a few elements that need to be hidden from some users otherwise will end up with too many lobbies.Also don't wish to have X’s all over the screen so they need to disappear. Cheers   

Hello All, We have an issue in Apps 9.0 where OHQ in Inventory Part is 13 and the Inv Transactions for the same part is coming to be 29 there are 16 qts which are missing.OHQ should be 29 as per my investigation.PO was received and inspected at 3 different locations and later returned for rework.Attaching the relevant screenshots for the same, let me know in case I missed any further info.

We are running Apps10 UPD10We use the Mandatory tab under properties to made additional fields required.  But, some of these settings seem to be clearing and we don’t know why.  We use base profiles to distribute required fields setting and users do not have access to properties to remove these fields.  Does anyone know if applying Updates would change the mandatory field setting in user profiles? Does anyone know how I can create a database report listing current mandatory fields in user profiles?  The idea is we could monitor that report for changes,  catch and correct these changes as they happen, and hopefully find cause so we can prevent it

I am trying to attached Crystal Reports into IFS for the first time.  I have created the Crystal and I am attempting to attach via Quick Reports using the ‘Type’ of Crystal Reports. When I attempt to publish the Crystal, I get the following Information Message:  I click OK and the Report does not display. Can any advise what could be causing the report to not display?

Hi Community,I have a problem that has completely confused me - any help would be really appreciated!We are (still) running IFS8, and are having a problem when we complete our supplier payment run.The issue is that when we create our payment order, the payment advice documents (UNIFORM_PAYMENT_ADVICE_REP) that are created (to be emailed to suppliers) block everything else from printing. The PDF of the payment advice is emailed to each individual supplier via an event action.  Our payment runs typically include ~200 separate suppliers and the whole process takes up to 30 mins to complete. During this time no other print job is able to complete. In the past this was not too much of a problem for us, but we now need to do much more operational printing in our Depots in the afternoon, and the payment run stops them from printing.Our printing is setup so that we have several different report formatters setup to manage printing at different sites:

Hi all,I have a question regarding creating lobby for a user.When I create a lobby with a personal user (so not IFSAPP), for example Lobby = TEST JS and save Lobby is shown in the lobby overviewWhen I double click on created lobby, error is shown that created page was not found:So my question is how to get user in the position to create a lobby and edit it by him/her self?Is it possible to edit own created lobby, without getting rights for the created page in permission set from Admin? BR,Jan

Hello to all,I'm looking to know how the "MATCHING_INFO" field is constructed in the "GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_TAB" table.I looked in many packages but I found absolutely nothing..The value of the field always begins with :INVOICE^…, or by “PUR ORDER^...”I would like to know why this field is built this way.Do you have a lead for me?Thanks in advance !

In IFS10.11 the option to archive data is available from the Solution Manager options. I can’t find it in the Aurena version.Has anybody an idea if that function is available in IFS Cloud (so IFS21R1 and higher)? 

One of the customers is getting the following LDAP error when approving documents. "Error occurred during re-authentication: LDAP response read timed out, timeout used: -1ms."The Windows Directory Authentication is enabled. But they do not have any security checkpoints enabled for document approval to be compliant with FDA Part 11 for Electronic signatures.Any idea on why they are getting this error?

Hello,I have created 2 separate Excel migration jobs for creating and modifying records of Custom page.Creating job is working fine where as updating job not working(Observed that objkey is not fetching).As per below IFS community suggestions i changed the key flags as well ,then too not working.Is there anything i have missed ?Here are my job details Note: If i use other job procedures like 'INSERT_OR_UPDATE’  its working fine, facing this issue only for Excel Migration.

Hi,We are trying to set up some simple data archiving in our test system but we always get the following type of error in the archive logORA-20105: Assert.IS_PACKAGE: "INV_PART_ARC_API" is non existing package.We have tired it on several different tables and it always returns the same type of error.Any help would be much appreciated. Mark
