Within IFS, we are providing a specifc type of field
This is for signatures in Aurena. As a customer wants to have the truck drivers signing this via a specific tablet/ signature pad, I have received word, that this is not working as intended.
It seems the input is not forwarded to the aurena client.
When using a tablet like the following
signotec Webstore - Unterschriften Pad signotec Sigma Lite (signotec-shop.com)
it seems that we need something else. As this is a specific tablet which normally is not an extension of the screen, you have to somehow directly activate it via the software used.
So in our case, switching the focus to the signature field should call the tablet and then accept input from there.
Is this actually possible or is this field only intended to be used by a mouse, similar device or a touchscreen?
