I have a user who has managed to save the chart view (from the toolbar) as a default on the Supplier invoice analysis screen. So they always have to either select the chart button or F8 shortcut to revert to the correct default screen.
Any ideas how to revert this?
To Change back to a normal default view of the screen, select the screen that is defaulting to the chart.
Ensure that the screen name remains high lighted in the navigator pane.
Hover over the screen name with your mouse and right mouse button click – and click on Properties
Uncheck the ‘Open in chart mode’ and select ok.
If you click onto another screen then back onto the original screen you will now have the original default view.
You may need to restart the application.
