I would like to make a Custom Menu item to allow the user to transfer from a line within the overview window Sales Quotations (tbwOrderQuotationOverview) to the associated Business Opportunity.  The Business Opportunity Number is stored in the ORDER_QUOTATION view, but it is not displayed in tbwOrderQuotationOverview.  When I try to create the Create Window with Transfer, it goes to the Business Opportunity window, but it is blank.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

Hello @TosohLBlum

I hope I understood your question.

1- The way to communicate Sales Quotation Lines and Business Opportunity is the tab “Reference”

2- I think your request is to create a window transfer from “Sales Quotation Lines” to “Business Opportunity.”

On this “Sales Quotation Lines” page I created a custom field named “Business Opportunity”- Read Only

I have the custom field Business Opportunity created

3- I will create the Window Transfer

I hope this help!

Thanks,

JL

Thanks!  That works great.  I was trying to get the BO number from the quote.  I didn’t think about going at it from the opposite direction!  Thanks again.
