Hi,two of our users (AP and AR) get below error when generating General ledger report.print manager error as below: XML looks like this: Other users can generate the report. Hi All,There is a Other Plugin Script type plugin report created for label. There is a custom field referred from the report. All other fields are visible except the custom field  CF_Customer_Name is the custom field. below is the screenshot from .rpl file Custom fields are enabled to the Logical Unit from rdf file and custom fields are added to the section using Xml_Record_Writer_SYS.Add_Custom_Fields method. Tried refreshing caches as well. All the other values are  visible on the report except custom field value. Is there any reason for this?Thanks in Advance

I face below problem with Script A Rest RMB All the DLLs inside the temp folder seems not accessible by the application when using the RMB.But if I run a command from Script A Rest.exe works as expected Not sure this is an error in the latest build of the tool.I downloaded from below link https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/060_development/050_development_tools/150_script_a_rest/#appsettingsconfigI have used this tool earlier without any problem. RMB works as expected.

When modifying a view in IFS Cloud development, is it possible to override and add an OR condition to the WHERE clause that originally exists in the core?In my testing, I copied the WHERE definition and added an OR condition. This resulted in duplicate code in the apv file created by code generation.Override with Cust layerAPV file created by code generationDoes anyone know of any other ways to add an OR condition by overriding?

How can I cleanup an old order that is Partially Invoiced? Can I adjust the sale QTY to matched invoiced? I can’t Undo delivery. This order is really old, I just want to get it closed? Ideally I would like adjust the all quantities to match Invoiced QTY. Thanks,  

I imported an OpenAPI spec from IFS API Explorer into my .NET Web API project to expose the IFS APIs through Swagger UI.When I try to call the APIs from Swagger, I get a CORS error in the browser.Is there a way to enable CORS in the IFS environment so that these API calls can work from a browser? or another alternative approch to use swagger ui to call REST endpoints?

Hello,We want to change the default value from “Move to Inventory” to “Move to transit” on the transport task line. However I am not able to do this using page designer. I have also tried to use custom event without success: Does anyone know how to do this?

I want to add external links to the command group in IFS Cloud. But I need to add parameters to the link to filter. For example, I have a link to navigate an external web page and it requires Order No parameters from the page because I need to go to a specific order. So my link should be something like “something.com/page?$filter=OrderNo%20eq%20’S123456’” like in the element designer.  I know that external links can be added from the “External Navigation Link” but i can’t give parameters from here. Is there a way to do this in IFS Cloud? 

Hi All,We have recently configured IFS Cloud middle-tier high availability for our customer. However, during failover testing, we did not observe the expected results.When one of the middle-tier nodes is shut down, the entire application becomes inaccessible. We have conducted multiple tests, waiting over 15 minutes after shutting down one of the middle-tier nodes, but the outcome remains the same. The application is only accessible when all three servers are up and running.We have even tried setting the global.replica value to 3 in the ifscloud-values.yaml file, and all the pods have been replicated across the middle-tier nodes. Despite this, shutting down one node while the other two nodes are still running the entire IFS Cloud cluster, the application becomes inaccessible.I have attached a document detailing our test results for your reference.We would greatly appreciate your prompt support on this matter, as the customer is planning to go live with the High Availability cluster nex

We have one page with Order No as a VARCHAR2 value and another page with Order No as a NUMBER. Is there a way to cast NUMBER to VARCHAR2 when navigating from one page to the other (using a command)?We can navigate to the Inventory Transaction History window from the Shop Order History window's Material Transaction Tab. Hello! from the Online Documentation is appears that subscriptions are personal, which we`d interpret as users only see and/ or edit their own subscriptions: However, we`ve noticed that we can see all created notifications and are also able to delete other users’ subscriptions: Questions are:is that's how its supposed to work or a bug? is there some sort of setting/ CRM access / permissions that controls that?In addition, users receive this message when starting the solution (the message only appears once when logging in and clicking on the notification bell) - despite the message, users do receive the notifications as shown here: Appreciate any hints & tricks! From time to time we are experiencing that some users are getting their profiles deleted. They loose bookmarks and other settings. We upgraded from IFS 10 to Cloud and have run the system for a few months now. So far we counted 5 occasions (that we know of) where the profile  is gone from one day to another. It has not been any updates of the system when it happens and maybe there is something these users are doing that causes this. One user experienced it twice. Has anyone experienced similar and does anyone know what is happening?

Hi,We are using IFS Applications 10, and I’m currently developing a web application that integrates with IFS. In the previous version, I was using SOAP services, but now I’m switching to REST APIs after upgrading.As far as I know, Basic Authentication should be enough for accessing IFS10 REST endpoints.As a test, I’m trying to call a Quick Report GET endpoint via Postman, using Basic Auth with a valid IFS user.However, I always receive a 401 Unauthorized response, even though the credentials are correct.Any ideas on what might be missing? Do I need to configure something on the IFS side, or are there special headers or tokens required?Thanks in advance.

We’re implementing 24R2 and (for what we have installed) there are 76 new projections. Some of them are named so it’s obvious which permission sets they’ll need to go into (for instance, there are several that begin “BusinessOpportunity” or contain the word “Widget”). Others, not so much. Is there a list of some kind of new projections and what they represent so we can figure this out? Thanks!

Hi,We are getting following error for crystal quick reports for IFS Cloud 23R1 ( For all installations - PROD, TEST, etc).Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerExceptionThis systems was running without any issues. But suuddenly we are getting above error.There are no errors logged in,- Crystal log files,- Oracle DB alert logs,- Windows event viewer entries- Logs for reporting pods, odata etc...So we did following,1. Reset IIS2. Recreate pods3. VMs restarted4. Reinstall CWS in same server5. Create new VM and install CWS6. Addedd parameters ifsappreportingcr:     minMemory: 28007. Set minMemory as 5000 for both ifsappreportingcr and ifsappreporting podsStill we are getting same error.Please suggest a fix to overcome above error.Thanks,Mayura

After restore a dump of the DB in our DEV enviroment, we got the following Error Message“The view for this page and logical unit do not match. It is not possible to add a Custom Field to this page” This happens an different page, when we click the RMB - Custom Objects - Fields - Overview.We have this only on the DEV and not on the TST enviroment.IFS APP 10, Update 10 

Hi,We have created a workflow to update few fields in the Document Revision window, and it is triggered via a command.When a user accesses the application through Active Directory, the workflow command available in the window returns the following error. However, if a user accesses the application without using Active Directory, the workflow functions as expected.The necessary permissions have already been granted to the workflow, and no workflow observation record is created in the scenarios where the error occurs.Could this issue be related to missing permissions specific to users logging in via Active Directory? Are there additional permissions required for such users?This error message has HTTP 500 ( Internal Server Error), but "OK" is associated with status 200.Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini

Hello,What might be available in IFS Cloud as an alternative for the “Own Process” feature as shown below in IFS 10? 

We are using IFS Cloud 24R2. I am trying to create a few Web Content Elements for a lobby and have two questions.When the URL refers to an IFS Cloud page, I would like the element to use the lobby parameters to for instance show a specific Work Order on Conclude Work Order instead of all Work Orders (inside the Web Content element). Does anyone know if this is possible? How would I need to specify the element URL in that case? When the URL refers to an external website, I can’t seem to get any results. Can anyone share how to write the URL for IFS to display the external content?

Hello,We had a delivery of instance called IT1 and we want to copy it to another server UAT for user acceptance testing.There are two methods in my opinionfor the database: copy the oracle datafiles from IT1 to UAT OR using the oracle datapump method for the windows server: we copied the all the ifsroot files from IT to UAT changed the confuguration json and xml files with the right values for installing the MT we followed the doc  for updating DB the information with the new configuration files we used the https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/070_remote_deploy/010_installing_fresh_system/200_installing_ifs_cloud/035_ifs_cloud_ifsinstaller/020_installer_actions/ .\installer.cmd --set action=dbinstaller --values E:\ifsroot\config\ifscloud-values.yaml --values solutionset.yaml but this gives a lot of errors and takes hours, (do we really need to do this step ?) and then  .\installer.cmd --set action=mtinstaller --values E:\config\ifscloud-values.yaml --values solutionset.yaml this

Hi All, New to Apps10 projections and running into a typical scenario. We are trying to create a project using IFS projections and create the header, the sub projects and then activities. IN case of any errors in the creations of sub projects or activities, we’d like to roll back the project creation. With PL SQL Apis, we could check the check option. How are you handling such a scenario? Tp us it seems like we need to create custom projections to create any useful integration. Are we missing something?
