Hello to all, I'm looking to know how the "MATCHING_INFO" field is constructed in the "GEN_LED_VOUCHER_ROW_TAB" table.I looked in many packages but I found absolutely nothing.. The value of the field always begins with : INVOICE^…, or by “PUR ORDER^...” I would like to know why this field is built this way.Do you have a lead for me?Thanks in advance !

In IFS10.11 the option to archive data is available from the Solution Manager options. I can’t find it in the Aurena version. Has anybody an idea if that function is available in IFS Cloud (so IFS21R1 and higher)?

One of the customers is getting the following LDAP error when approving documents. "Error occurred during re-authentication: LDAP response read timed out, timeout used: -1ms." The Windows Directory Authentication is enabled. But they do not have any security checkpoints enabled for document approval to be compliant with FDA Part 11 for Electronic signatures. Hello, I have created 2 separate Excel migration jobs for creating and modifying records of Custom page. Creating job is working fine where as updating job not working(Observed that objkey is not fetching). As per below IFS community suggestions i changed the key flags as well ,then too not working. Is there anything i have missed ? Here are my job details Note: If i use other job procedures like 'INSERT_OR_UPDATE’ its working fine, facing this issue only for Excel Migration.

Hi, We are trying to set up some simple data archiving in our test system but we always get the following type of error in the archive log ORA-20105: Assert.IS_PACKAGE: "INV_PART_ARC_API" is non existing package. We have tired it on several different tables and it always returns the same type of error. Any help would be much appreciated. Mark

Hi All, This is in Apps08 and the user has updated company logo in the header and has added a new image for footer as well. When he order the report, he can see the new company logo but not the footer. Is this because that image is taking too much space?Can I have some ideas to check this issue? Thank you.

Application Search and permissions in IEE APP10 UPD 11 We are exploring the use of application search and came across below access issue. This user account doesn’t have access E.g. RFQ but still RFQ header and line details are shown in application search results. There is an error when accessing the records but we do believe that the above information should not be available for the user. Is this a limitation in the Application search? Anyway to overcome this issue? We will probably not be able to implement application search functionality with this limitation.

In Time Registration Rest API’s, SessionID is a required value to pass. What’s the exact projection and its object to retrieve the current SessionID from IFS? We have a requirement to make ‘Object Physical Location’ mandatory. 1- When User will save ‘General’ tab without ‘Object Physical Location’ in ‘Inventory’ tab, there will be error on ‘General’ tab that could be confusing, as user cannot see the field in error on the screen he/she is on. So we moved following group onto ‘General Tab’. Now Question is ,is there a way we can move the borders with heading ’Location Details’ to ‘General’ tab?Or, can we somehow get rid of the blank ‘Location Details’ grid from ‘Inventory tab. it just does not looks right. Hi , Conditional Fields is not working in one of the customer's APPS10 Environment.It gives below error View [MATERIAL_REQUISITION] not found in the dictionary. We are just starting to role out Aurena to certain Functional Groups and I’m wondering how the permissions work. I built a permission just for Aurena but am finding that the users also have access to what they have permission to view in IEE. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

Hi All, I have created a Custom Logical Unit and wanted to connect it with Support Key window. The requirement is connecting Customer ID and Support Key Description fields as keys. In Custom LU, Customer ID field is a reference type field and using same LOV reference which is using in Support Key window’ customer No field. When I try to create a new tab, it doesn’t show the Customer ID field (CF$_CUSTOMER_ID) in list, so I tried to manually write the field name in order to see the error message. Then I got this error : ORA-20105: The connected key CF$_CUSTOMER_ID is a custom reference and cannot be used in a parent key connection. How should I create the Customer ID field in Custom LU?Should it be a Text Type Persistent field without any reference?Please advise me.
