OAuth2 authentication and projections access failing

I am able to generate and use a token with Postman but I cannot replicate that behavior in .NET code.1. In Postman, I first generate a new token. 2. Authentication worked so I can proceed. 3. I copy the id_token in the clipboard and click on the 'Use Token' button.   4. Instead of using the access-token directly, I paste the id_token in the token box of a get request and send it.  5. If I do not execute step 4, the rest of the procedure does not work.6. After that step, I can query data from projections or metadata.   When replicating this programmatically, I tried many different variations without success (one of my multiple attempts in image below). How can this kind of authentication be done?

Change from EE to AURENA

Some basic functions working on EE doesn’t work correctly on AURENA. For example, I can put an ending date of a BT on EE but not on AURENA. In such case, how do I solve the issue?Thank you

RestAPI and basic authentication error

Hello, “customer payment” present in IFS V10 has desappeared in IFS aurena. Is somebody know where the transaction “customer payment” is in Aurena.

UK/US language settings within IFS Reports

Hi,When running a report from within IFS, the customer gets a dialogue box that appears which allows to choose between US and GB. Customer wants to find out how we can hard set the dialogue box to be GB for both drop downs shown below. Can someone advise? Thanks   Many Thanks,Anupa

Where/How is a Reference listing sourced in Aurena Apps13?

Hello,I am adding a standard Bus Opp field (Main Contact) to the General Information of the Bus Opp Aurena page. However, I cannot seem to make this a searchable/selectable from a list field like the Main Business Representative is. I think it has to do with Main Contact not being in the listing of References. Does anyone know how I could add it? Or where the Business Opportunity Refence list comes from/sourced? Thank you!

Finding Logs for RestAPI call from Custom Event

Running Apps10 UPD10 We are calling a RestAPI on a custom event - triggered by a field value changed.  The event has suddenly stopped working (it is not connecting to the API) and we are trying to figure out why.  Are there any logs in IFS that we can look at to see what is going on?

Can I navigate to an Aurena page and filter the list within the page?

I am building navigation URLs for absence requests in Aurena. From one lobby I want to navigate to the “My Absence Requests” page - but I wish to filter the list within that page to only show Confirmed status requests. The trouble I’m having is that the page filter (No1) doesn’t have a Status option.I need to filter on the list Filter (No2). Is it possible to build a filter that will accomplish this?

How to make a field Mandatory in Aurena?

Hi,Can someone tell me how to make a field mandatory in Aurena? Eg: when creating a document revision, document number was already being mandatory in IEE but not working as mandatory in Aurena. How to fix the setup in Aurena (giving same setup as per IEE) ?  ThanksRegardsNimesh

Mandatory Fields not Working in Aurena?

Hi,This is in UPD9. I have made the Document number field mandatory at Document Revision window in Aurena using Page Designer settings (just like below) and I published the changes. However, when creating a new record, system highlights the Document Number field as Mandatory but it allows to the save record without entering a value on Document Number field.System allocates a number automatically. It should have ideally prompted an error message. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Please advise. Thank youRegardsNimesh

Change the pdf save location in report designer

Hi All, We get the below error when preview a report layout with report designer It is due to that users don’t have write access to the report designer install location (C:\Program Files (x86)\IFS\IFSReportDesigner) to create \temp folder to save the pdf.is there any way to change the pdf save location than the \temp to avoid this error? Cheers!Damith

Using OpenVpn instead of MS Azure vpn Client

Hi, Our company policy prevent us from downloading from Microsoft Store which means that we cannot make use of Microsoft Azure Vpn Client. Can the Cloud Build Place be setup to use OpenVpn instead?I think it is possible in Azure to setup so that OpenVpn certificates can be used and not only certificates for MS Azure Vpn Client. So is it possible for us to request that our Cloud Build Place is setup in a way so that the vpn profile that can be downloaded from IFS Lifecycle includes settings to connect using OpenVpn?Or is there any other way of accessing Cloud databases and Git repositories from a development desktop without MS Azure Vpn Client?

IFS Report Designer - Automatic center the logo inside container

Hello,I have a requirement like this -For different companies, different logo image have to be shown in the footer.Those images are of different widths.I have added the logic to dynamically display the images but I am not able to horizontally center the logo inside this container highlighted in blue border -Image should appear centered withing the blue boundary of the containerIs there a way, so that independent of the image width, it automatically centers itself within the enclosing container? Thanks in advance.

How to create a Quick report / SQL with a dynamic FROM statement

I am trying to use select * from <report_id> where result_key = &result_key to create a quick report for a user given result_key AND report_id as input parameters. (example report_id : Cust_Age_Analysis_Rep)it is not possible to give an input parameter for the from view/table.What are the possible options to solve this issue?

Installing Delivery Issue

Hello I am Uğur,As a developer of an IFS Partner, i have an issue while i am installing a delivery.Issue is occuring while i install delivery. This progress bar is waiting on %42 and no more progressing…On %42, it is trying to copy “client.war” to  IFSHOME\instance\PROD\ear\main directory…it's just waiting hours and does not do anything more.I guess this is about the server’s authorization. But i could not find the problem and so the solution.Thanks.
