When engineer works on offline mode task events are getting capture correctly but Work order events are showing the current time when they back to online.
Is there any configuration to capture offline mode timing.

Can you please provide screenshots or examples of the issue.
Not sure I understand exactly what the issue is.
The event_dttm field is the time the engineer pressed the button and the created_dttm field is the time it was created in the system.
Not sure how your work order events are being created.
+1In a simpler way. We have tested this in our environment as well.
Let say I have been assigned a task to myself and accepted it and kept in travel. When I reached the place there was no network area. It was in offline mode.
Time I kept in travel is: 2:04AM
Now went to offline.
Changed from travel to arrived at 2:10AM
Travel to In Progress onsite at 2:11 AM
In Progress onsite to completed at 2:12AM
Finished the survey at 2:13AM
and Task was finished at 2:14 AM.
When the network turns on these timings should be captured in Events section of task. However when the user comes online after the sync happens at 2:15AM.
For all the above mentioned events it is capturing the time as 2:15AM only. But if we add any notes in any of the statuses above it is getting captured properly.
