Hi,
The following error received when the IFS EE Application was invoked. Just to mention that the MWS servers were up and running during the time. and the instance was reconfigured too, but those didn’t help.
Could someone guide me through with the steps to have the error resolved.

Further stop and start the services and check whether you recieve any error.

Looks like the client.war is not deployed or inactive. Try to login to IFS MWS Admin Console and see if you can activate it. Have a look at the answer in below post which explains some troubleshooting steps in detail:
