Wondering what’s wrong with this issue, permission set?
in LU Project, i can see Change Action object is connected.
but in LU Non Conformance Report, same setup is done, but why I cannot see the Change Action object?
please refer to attached screenshots.

I’ve tried as below in our reference environment and it is working as expected.
please add the below service list string to the Objects connections under NonConformanceReport logical Unit and try.
ApprovalRouting^DocReferenceObject^DocRequirementObject^EcoActionObjectConn^EcrObjectConn^MediaLibrary^
Please note that you should refresh the server caches as below.
If its not working, please create a support ticket to IFS Support, then they'll investigate the issue further and give proper answer/ solution.
